Manik was about to enter nandini's room when the doctor stops him.
Doc- manik i've got some new information regarding nandini's case.
M- yes doctor tell me!
Manik said worried.
Doc- not here, in my room please chalo.
C- we'll come with you too manik!
Mukti and dhruv nod positively. They follow the doctor and leave. Seeing them leave alia walks towards nandini's room and enters.
Al- hi nandini..
Nandini looks at her shocked.
N- alia tum yahan..?
Al- i just thought i'd come and see you... itna sab kuch hogaya tumare saath... i feel so sorry for you nandini...
N- m..matlab?
Nandini asks her super confused.
Al- who could have thought tumare saath aise hoga... brain tumor.. i mean it's shocking!
Alia said pretending to feel extremely shocked and sorry.
Nandini was in shock...it was like a bomb fell on her. She couldn't believe what she heard.
N- br..brain tumor..
She whispered to herself lost.
Al- you knew right?
No response.... nandini was in a state of shock...she didn't know what to say.. how to respond ... how to comprehend what had happened to her.
Al- nandini...
she said jerking nandini shoulder slightly to get her back to senses. Nandini looked at her with teary eyes still holding a blank face..
Al- are you okay?
Nandini started taking her pulled out the wires that were connected to her and got off the bed... she was weak but she couldn't bear staying at the hospital any longer. Everything made her feel sick. She was crying. She pushed alia aside and ran out side the room. Aliya smirked to herself
Al- sorry nandini i fee bad for you but tumne mujhse mere manik ko dur kiya hai.... a little pain can do no harm... she said to herself evily.
Meanwhile nandini is seen running through thr hospital corridors till she reaches outside. It's raining heavily now... she starts walking aimlessly on the road.... with a blank expression. She think of rishab and her moments together as well as ams... she thinks of chacha chachi and her responsibilities for all of them. She's looks disheveled.
(  lehrein plays in the background. )

She walks with people staring at her hospital clothes, she doesn't care... she was heartbroken. All hope and positivity gone... the girl had come to realize she had very little time to live... she had to fulfill her responsibilities towards rishab and ams... her family... she was their only hope, she had to meet her manu atleast once... she had a lot of dreams she wanted to fulfill and now she had no time for all this...

On the otherside manik and fab 3 were seen sitting talking to the doctor.
M- meri nandini theek hojayegi na doctor?
Doc- manik uski case bohot complicated hai... she's reached borderline stage 3... i won't say there's no hope though..
Mu- what should we do then?
Doc- mera dost ka beta ek cancer specialist hai, they say he's got magic in his hands. He's in london now but i'll fly him down to mumbai, woh zaroor nandini ki case ko better study or resolve kar sakta hai.
M- do anything but please save my nandini, i can't live without her doctor please!! Manik begged helplessly.
Cabir, dhruv and mukti looke don shocked to see their friend in so much pain. They felt bad for manik.

Suddenly she spots a mandir (temple) near by and runs towards it. Nandini goes in front of the idol and falls to her knees and bursts out crying (the song continues) . You would feel sorry seeing her condition. She looks up at the idol and screams at it.
N- WHY? WHY ME? kyun kiya apne mere saath aisa?! What did i do so wrong? Meri zindagi cheeni apne mujhse?? She complains to god crying badly. KYUUUUUN??.... mere rishab ka kya hoga? And ams how will she handle this? Mein chacha chachi ko kaise bata poongi? How?? Sab katam hogaya... she cries hitting the floor repeatedly.

On the otherside manik and fab 3 come out of the doctor's cabin and enter nandini's room and find her missing.
M- nandini... nandini kahan hai?! He yells worriedly.
Cabir and mukti look on concerned and clueless.
Dh- buddy relax she must be around.
M- NURSE!!!! Manik yells for the nurse.
The nurse comes in and
C- woh yahan jo patient thi woh kahan hai?
Nurse- sorry sir, last time maine dekha tha she was here talking to a girl uske baad kahan chali gayi mujhe nahi pata...
M- WHAT THE HELL?! You couldn't even do your job?! Use kuch hogaya toh?!
Manik yelled at the top of his voice at the nurse...
C- manik calm down, nandini mil jayegi... you relax.
Cabir said patting trying to reassure manik.
M- relax? I don't even know nandini kis halat mein hogi... i need to find her cabir... i need to find her...
He said tearing up.
Fab 4 leave the room and stand outside planning out how to find nandini, when chacha chachi arrive at the hospital with rishab. They look more worried than ever.
Chacha- yahankoi patient hai nandini murthy naam ka? Mein uska chacha hoon.. he says hurriedly at the reception. Chachi is seen crying and rishab looks stressed. Manik spots them and runs over to them.
M- chacha chachi!
He pants and says.
Chacha- maaanik? Tum maaanik ho?
M- ji haan... ab aiyee..
Chachi- beta humari nandu kahan hai? Kya hua hai use?
She asks worried sick. Manik looks down helplessly. Cabir understands the situation and come there.
C- uncle aunty aap pehle aiyee... we'll explain everything.
He takes chacha chachi to mukti and dhruv.
C- manik we'll find nandini dw..
he says once again trying to make manik calm.
M- we have to cabir.... tum navya ko phone karo and ask her if she has seen or heard from nandini. I'll check all the places nearby.. aur dhruv you check nandini's house.., kahi wahan gayi hai toh..mukti chacha chachi ko sambhalo...
Mu- dw manik they'll be okay. Tu jaa
The gang splits up
