Betty: hey Jug how are we gonna get back to your dad's trailer?

Jughead: I usually just walk

Betty: but that'll take forever

Jughead: I like walking you know it clears my head and  gives me a chance to think

Betty: okay

Betty grumbles

Jughead takes her hand and they walk off hand in hand

Jughead:Betty I forgot to ask you something

Betty:yeah

Jughead:what's up with the whole bad  look?

Betty:what you don't like it?

Jughead: it's just not usually your type of dress code and besides your always wearing a ponytail and sweaters and pink and innocent and now your like wow

Betty: if you don't like it just say it

Jughead: I like it but why are you wearing it? Cause you never wear black except for Jason Blossom's funeral

Betty: I wore it so I wouldn't stick out like an outsider  in the Southside

Jughead: you'll always stick out to me

Betty: well I hope we always stay stuck together through thick and thin

Jughead: you and the serpents are my life but I'll never be able to choose just one

Betty: What if we end up like your parents?

Jughead: your nothing like my mother and I'm nothing like my dad

Betty: your mom took Jelly Bean and ran off to Toledo because of your dad

Jughead: Betty look at me

Jughead gently grabs her chin making her face him

Jughead: Do I look like an alcoholic or like I do drugs or anything else like my dad does?

Betty:no

Jughead: we're not splitting like my parents okay my dad never made efforts till it was too late to when my mom was already gone and I'm not the one to give up easily

Betty: I'm just afraid one day to wake up and hear your gone and that you'll never come back

Jughead: I know your scared and worired but don't be because your stronger and braver then you lead

Betty: I'm not Jughead I'm really not okay I have issues and I'm not perfect like everyone wants me to be

Jughead: we all have issues

Betty: I take meds cause I'm crazy and I have a problem with my nails and hands

Jughead: you're not crazy Betty

Betty: yes I am okay!

Jughead: then I'm crazy to

Betty: but your Jughead and nothing is normal to you

Jughead: I'm not normal but I like unusual and different like you

Betty: so I'm unusal?

Jughead: no just different but no where near ordinary

Betty: I feel unsafe with myself and you make me feel safe

Jughead: you just gotta believe in yourself

Betty: Jug I feel unsafe like I'm bipolar and somethings wrong with me and I can't stop digging my nails into my hands it's like hurting myself is therapeutic

Jughead: don't be this way because of me

Betty: I don't know how to be me

Jughead: well I know you

Betty breathes hot air through her noise of distress

Betty:Alright you win Juggie

Jughead:good now let's keep going

Betty:you just wanted to hear me say you win didn't you?

Jughead: I just want you to be you Betty

At The Trailer...

Betty plops down on the couch

Betty: I'm beat that walk was like a marathon

Jughead: even when your beat your still amazing

Betty: you just never stop flirting ever do you?

Jughead: not when I'm with you

Betty: so what should we do now?

Jughead gets an idea as if an lightbulb is over his head and moves closer to Betty

Jughead: let me show you how much I really love you

Jughead grabs Betty's face kissing her soft pink lips and Betty gives in kissing back till she feels the tension between them radiate through the room

Betty:Juggie?

Jughead:shhh I know

Jughead lifts up Betty through the dark hallway and goes to the back room shutting the door with his foot and they relive again their moment they originally had in the kitchen before the serpents rudely interrupted them
