A few weeks later...

It was starting to get more noticeable week by week and as baby Jones grows the tighter Betty's shirts become as it's getting difficult to hide it. No one's seen Betty's bump yet but soon people will know and Betty grows more self conscious.

Betty woke up luckily not needing to throw up walking over to her vanity and combing through her hair deciding to leave it down. Being top tired to put it up. Then Betty started looking for a shirt trying on numerous shirts and all exposing her. After what seemed like her whole clsoet she found A shirt that didn't show her bump throwing it on and leaving behind the shirt tornado on her bedroom floor as she raced down to the kitchen.

Alice: woah what's the rush Betty?

Betty: sorry mom it took forever to get a shirt and I wanted to make sure I had time to ear

Polly: how many weeks are you?

Betty: 12 weeks

Polly: oh so that means the baby is the size of a plum and your at the end of 2 months and you'll be 3 months next week and into the second trimester.

Betty: yup time just can't slow down enough

Betty grabs an apple in a hurry

Alice: Betty why don't you sit down and let me make you breakfast

Betty: okay sure thanks mom

Betty sat down at the kitchen table

Polly: so Betty... What's with the shirt?

Betty: what's wrong with it?

Polly: nothing it's just your always wearing tight fitted shirts and sweaters and now oh... Wait, are you trying to hide your hide your baby bump?

Betty: well..... Ummmm... Kinda

Polly: it's okay I did it to

Polly: I know the feeling , I always was scared of my bump till one day I couldn't hide it anymore

Betty: yeah.... I need to tell people soon before rumors start

Polly: no that's the worst thing to do

Betty: how?

Polly: if you straight up tell people they'll directly criticize you
