1 week later...

FP managed to work things out with the serpents and got them off bughead's back. But Jughead still didn't feel like it was true and got Veronica to hire bodyguards for Betty which made Betty agitated.

Betty: I still can't believe you got me body guards! It's so ridiculous!

Jughead: no it's not Betty okay you just don't like the idea but we need to make sure your protected if the serpents come back

Betty: but it's not fair like why don't I get a say in this?  You and Veronica just decided for me

Jughead: it's for your own good Betty

Betty sighed

Jughead: hey look were at your house

Betty: thanks for bringing me home

Betty gave Jughead a quick kiss on the cheek

Jughead: Veronica and Archie are waiting for you inside with the bodyguards

Betty rolled her eyes

Betty:This is going to be terrible

Jughead chuckled

Jughead: have fun

Betty: I hate you

Jughead: I love you to

Betty: Bye Jughead

She kissed him on the lips this time

Jughead kissed back and pulled away

Jughead: bye Bets and are you sure you don't need help with your bags?

Betty: I'm fine I can handle this much on my own

Jughead: just asking

Betty: thanks though I'll see you tomorrow

Betty grabbed the bags

Jughead: see you

Jughead drove off and Betty went inside

Varchie: Betty!

Betty smiled and hugged Varchie

Veronica: we were so worried

Archie: I knew something was up

Betty: I'm sorry I didn't tell you two as soon as it happened

Veronica: well that's why you have bodyguards now

Betty sighed

Betty: yay..

Archie: we know your not happy  but we just want what's best for you

Betty: I know but still

Veronica: the baby is the most important priority and you have to think about others then yourself

Betty: Veronica if I didn't think of my baby I wouldn't be here

Veronica: so just let us help you with the body guards

Betty: well I'm going to go put my bags in my room

Betty walked upstairs  setting down her bags and upacks her clothes and other toiletries then walks back downstairs

Archie: hey Betty

Betty: hey, how have you been?

Archie: I've been doing better , my parents are both home

Betty: that's good Archie

Archie: but I was really worried about you and the baby  when I saw all those guys around your house and papers on your windows  like wth
was going on
