2 weeks later ...

Betty was 14 weeks along clearly showing and struggled hiding her bump from everyone. When even loose clothes became form fitting clothes as people start to learn the truth. Her morning sickness was gone but now she just had mood swings and headahces galore.

Veronica was crying as she had some terrible news to tell Betty texting her

Veronica: B?

Betty: yeah?

Veronica: I have bad news

Betty: what?

Veronica: Archie dumped me

Betty: what?! Why?!

Veronica: idk but I know it has 2 do with Cheryl Blossom

Betty: wait, that jerk left u 4 Cheryl Blossom?

Veronica: yeah

Betty: I'm so sorry V but whatever u need I'll be here

Veronica: I just don't understand why like what does Cheryl have that I don't?

Betty: V your amazing okay don't doubt that because Archie is a jerk

Veronica: your the amazing one I mean look at you

Betty: what about me?

Veronica: you look perfect carrying your child and you have a boyfriend who loves you

Betty: Veronica that doesn't change the fact that your amazing and through his whole thing you've been nothing but supportive torwards Jug and I

Veronica: I've been thinking about taking time off the river vixens

Betty: well I understand why and if that's what u wanna do I'll support your decision

Veronica: it's just not  fun without u

Betty: I wish I could go back but I'm not risking it

Veronica: I don't blame u

Betty: yeah

Veronica: so what's new?

Betty : look if I tell u this don't tell anyone

Veronica: I promise I won't

Betty: Jug and I haven't figured it all out yet  but we want 2 move away from Riverdale once the baby is born but if my mom let's us we'll go but if not where probably gonna go when were 18

Veronica: omg

Betty: it's just Riverdale isn't as safe as it used to be

Veronica: no I get it , it's just it seems like everyone's leaving

Betty: I know but your work me to come visit us

Veronica: u can't leave me here then I'll have no one

Betty: I wish u could come with us

Veronica: yeah but there's no way my mom would say yes

Betty: well maybe when school is off  u could come stay with us 4 a while

Veronica: maybe

Betty: your always welcome and oh my next ultrasound is coming up soon

Veronica: yay I can't wait

Betty: me either
