*Selena's POV bc why not right?*
"You were right, this pizza's bomb." He laughed, finishing off his last bit of crust.
"I don't know how you can even finish it, the slices are bigger than my head." I slid the rest of mine across to him.
"Selena?" A voice appeared behind me.
"Oh my goodness!" I nearly jumped out of my seat to tackle the girl standing there.
"What are you doing here?" She laughed, catching her breath.
"Enrique got me tickets for tonight." I whispered, trying to motion towards Jc so she'd get the hint.
"OH MY GOD YOU'RE JC CAYLEN." She yelled at the top of her lungs. Heads turned to see the commotion and all I could do was laugh.
"Lynn, meet Justin. Justin, meet Lynn." I carelessly introduced them, it wasn't like she was paying attention to me anyway.
"Hi." Jc flashed a smile accompanied by a little wave.
"Selena, why are you sitting with Jc fucking Caylen. Are the other boys here?" She jumped.
"Just us two. Sam and Kian are back home. Trevor, Ricky, and Connor are who knows where." Jc shrugged, still smiling. I could tell he was trying not to laugh. Of all places I bring him, a crazy fan shows up.
"Selena answer me." She turned to me.
"We're friends." I shrugged. How else was I supposed to say we dated for a few days and I'm forgiving him?
"Why didn't you tell me? Girl we have a lot of catching up to do." She clapped along with her words.
"Alright, where do we start?" I took a seat, Lynn following.
"How are you and Alex?" Of course she started with that.
"Over. Long gone. I haven't heard from him in a long time." I shrugged. I hadn't even thought about him in the longest time.
"Ouch. Where are you living now? I saw you debut as your moms kid. So are you living with her or?" Lynn's eyes were eager. She had been one of the only ones to know over the years that I was Lola's kid.
"Back in San Antonio. I tried living with her, but it ended up being just me and Dad again." I couldn't help but let out a small laugh.
"Lynn!" A booming voice from behind the counter called.
"Sorry guys, guess I've got to get going. Pizza's on me next time, got it?" She winked at Jc. Oh that girl!
"Well she was, friendly." Jc laughed once Lynn had disappeared behind the counter.
"She's definitely something." I smiled.
"Do you miss him?" His question caught me off guard.
"Yes and no." Who else could he have been talking about.
"Yes and no?" His eyebrows shifted.
"I miss him because he was always there for me. Our friendship was great. I don't miss him because I just don't. It's obvious he doesn't need me and I don't need nor want him." I shrugged.
"He was a big part of your life right? Shouldn't you miss him more than you do?" Jc's nose scrunched slightly, ugh could he get any cuter?
"Wasn't Ana?" I shot back, copying his nose scrunch.
"Not fair." He pouted, trying to hide the smile creeping on his face.
"He meant a lot to me, but anyone who could drop me without a second thought isn't worth it." I shrugged again. Truth was, I missed Alex a lot.
