Chapter II

A week has passed. Jaebum often went to see Youngjae between classes, pretending to be there for Yugyeom. He was getting close with Youngjae, as the latter was the one who asked for Jaebum's phone number. Despite the numerous warnings stated by Yugyeom, Youngjae wanted to be friends with Jaebum. Since the day at the coffee shop, they saw each other five times already, which made Jaebum really happy. When he was with Youngjae, he felt as if the whole world's happiness had only focused on him. But when the separation time came, he felt like someone was tearing off his heart.

The vampires' prince was asking himself many questions. But mostly that one : "Am I in love with Youngjae? " As for Youngjae, even though he liked to share his time with Jaebum, he didn't forget what Yugyeom told him. Jaebum only wanted to play with him. But he wouldn't let himself be fooled. He was just going to have a friend. Well, a second one. Because Yugyeom always repeated him again and again that they were friends, which made Youngjae glad, the one who had no friends.

The bell rang to announce the end of class and Youngjae took out his phone.

To : Jaebum

"Hyung, I'll feel bored if I go home...>.<"

Yugyeom, who was looking above Youngjae's shoulder cursed.

"Youngjae, I already told you that-"

" I know Yugyeom, I know. But don't worry, I won't fall in love with him. We're just friends."

"I'm saying this for your own good you know."

"I know, Yugyeom, and I'm very thankful for that, really."

Youngjae's phone vibrated and he quickly checked it. Indeed, it was an answer from Jaebum.

From : Jaebummie Hyung

"Rather say that you wanna see me~. I doubted it so I came in front of your class. Hurry up out~."

Youngjae smiled to himself carelessly and put his bag on his shoulder.

"Come on, hyung is waiting at the front."

"Go ahead. ", Yugyeom said in a weary way, " I still haven't got my things and I've got to go see Mark hyung. See you tomorrow and be careful."

" See you tomorrow Yugyeom, and don't worry. What could possibly happen anyway?"

Youngjae left, without listening to his friend's answer.

"You could be dried out of all your blood..."

When Yugyeom got out of class, Jaebum and Youngjae were almost at the school entrance already.

"What are we gonna do today? , Jaebum asked, It's raining so we can't go for a walk."

" Let's go to my house. ", Youngjae proposed, "There must be something to do."

Both teenagers began to walk happily towards Youngjae's, both carefully under the umbrella brought by Jaebum. They walked fast and arrived quickly to the younger's house. Barely arrived, Youngjae threw himself on the sofa.

"Do you want something to drink?"

"Water, please.", Jaebum simply answered.

Youngjae got up and went for the kitchen, bringing two glasses and a bottle of water back.

"Well, what do we do now?", Youngjae stated.

" Tell me about yourself.", Jaebum simply said.

"About me?"

" Yeah. I'd like to know more about you."

"Okay. Let's see... I have an older brother and an older sister. Both of my parents are still alive. I am somone who's quite solitary even though I don't like being alone. It's quite contradictory. How to explain... I don't like to be alone but I don't get along well enough with others not to be so. Thus I am always alone, with my music or a book. I have a dog named Coco, she's my only company. Well, I have you as well now hyung."
