Twenty years had passed. Most of the seven vampires were through their forties, while still having the appearances of twenty-year-old men.

Of course, they had to move houses several times through the years. Despite all those years, they had still stuck with each other. They felt too comfortable with each other to be separated. And their appearances were not the only thing that had not changed, they behaviour too. Still bickering as always, the three youngers still conspiring some bad tricks and playing around. As for their personal lives, they were very much in love, except for Yugyeom who was still single. No matter which country they would go to, he never found his soulmate. Even Youngjae's sister was not the one.

The only thing that had changed was that they were working. There was no way they would live like in Twilight, going through the same school years again and again. They could still go back to it if they were interested, but honestly they never really thought about that idea.

Also, Jinyoung and Mark got married. Mark proposed when they were eating at a restaurant to celebrate Mark's new job, three years ago. Nobody knew about it. Through the middle of diner, he suddenly asked Bambam, Yugyeom and Youngjae to stop teasing Jaebum and playing around. Then he called Jinyoung's name to gain his attention and took his hand, before standing up and going down on one knee. Jinyoung was frozen on the spot. His brain was not working well anymore, as he still could not believe what was happening then.

" Park Jinyoung. You are the person I love the most in this world since half of my life. I protected you and helped you secretly through years, then you eventually noticed me and came to me, making me the happiest man of this world. Then, will you make me the happiest man for the rest of my life by marrying me? " , was what Mark said.

Jinyoung started to cry tears of joy  and he immediately hugged the other while nodding. The five others boys were so happy for the couple and Jackson could not help but commenting on it.

" Sorry to tell Mark hyung but I am the happiest man of the world, because I'm with Bambam. ", he blurted out, making everyone burst into laughter.

Jackson and Bambam's relationship would be summed up as "I love you, neither do I". They would fight continuously then make up, loving each other madly before going back to bickering. And they liked it.

As for Jaebum and Youngjae, they were very much in love. Living it like the first day, still staring hungrily at each other all the time. There was not any secret between them, always solving every problems calmly, cuddling continuously. Everything was perfect. Yugyeom, despite the years, never felt alone even a bit, because everyone was making sure he was not. There was always someone with him.

The problems were far behind them since that day they left the Kingdom. Since then, they never set foot in the castle again, even though they already went to the Kingdom a few times.

Jaebum was still holding a grudge towards his father. Youngjae was the most important person to him and he almost killed him. He just could not forgive him like that. Youngjae and the others had tried several time to convince him to go to the castle at least once, but it never happened. Never. He was categorical on the question : he would not,  as long as he and Yougnjae were not ready to be crowned - because the King had established a law two years ago, saying that there could be two Kings instead of a King and a Queen.

And this crowing idea was not delighting neither Jaebum, nor Youngjae, nor their friends. Both Kings would have to stay to the castle for the rest of their lives, which was the last thing they wanted.

Youngjae had eventually announced his transformation to his parents. At first, they didn't belive him, of course. So he had to show them his powers and as soon as he did, the reactions were all different. His hyung was finding it fascinating, his mother fainted and both his father and noona bursted in anger towards Jaebum, both standing up and dashing towards the young male but Youngjae stepped between them. He tried to calm them and explained them everything, even the Hyunwoo story. Despite everything, his family did not have any other choice but to accept his nature as they could not do anything about it. It made things easier for Youngjae who would now visit them as much as he wanted thanks to his speed.
