The Bridesmaid

18|Girls Day

The day had finally come for the girls to pick their bridesmaid dresses. Jessie had been panicking about where to get them, but Adriana called in a few favors with some famous designers.

Natalia woke up earlier than usual to go get all the girls coffee before they had to meet up at Kris and Jessie's. Doing her usual routine to get ready, she was out the door in 30 minutes.

Natalia took out her spare key once she got to Kris and Jessie's and opened the door. The penthouse was silent for the most part, or at least until Kris came out to greet her.

"Natty," Kris said as he pulled her into a hug.

"You seem excited to see me," Natalia teased.

"Can't someone be excited to see their best friend," Kris asked, "by the way, you look really nice today!"

Natalia rolled her eyes at his behavior, "Amateur. Flattery will get you nowhere."

"But because I love you, what do you want," Natalia asked.

"I need you to make Jessie happy today," Kris quickly said.

"I kind of already am. I'm going to pick a dress. Something that'll probably take hours. That's enough of a sacrifice," Natalia explained.

"No, I mean like to keep her happy and her mind off of her mom," Kris explained, "She's upset she won't be there to help her pick stuff."

Natalia nodded her head, "Got it. We'll refrain from talking about that."

"Thanks, Nat. Anyways, I have to go. I'm meeting the guys for something. Jess mentioned it, but I don't-"

"It's for the suits, KB," Natalia giggled, "Your groomsmen have to pick suits to wear."

"Right, that," Kris said distastefully, "I'll see you later."

"Bye! Love you," Natalia yelled as he closed the door.

Jessie came out a few minutes later, and asked, "Kylie and Adriana Aretha here yet?"

Right on cue, the door opened to reveal the two.

"Sorry we're late. Traffic was a mess," Kylie said.

"There's coffee on the counter, so take one and go," Natalia instructed as she grabbed her car keys and walked out the door.

The girls followed her and chatted about little things.

"Thank you so much Adri for setting this up for us," Jessie said.

"It's the least I could do for everything you've done for us over the years," Adriana smiled, "Besides, we needed to have bomb dresses at the wedding."

"I'm trying to catch me a guy there," Kylie joked, "so count me in."

Natalia shook her head as she opened her car door, "You're all crazy. You know that, right?"

"But you love us," Adriana teased.

"Unfortunately," Natalia mocked.

Arriving at a high end shopping center, Natalia left her car in valet and the girls walked into the mall.

"I swear this lighting is amazing," Kylie said as she took in the various chandeliers around the mall.

"Where's the store again, Adri," Natalia asked as they walked around.

"Uh, it's on the second floor. It should be in between the Gucci and Louis Vuitton," Adriana explained.

The girls took an elevator to the 2nd floor, and sure enough, there was the Vera Wang.
