as i laid my head on your shoulder with you tracing my spine i could feel that there was something unsettling. the mood had shifted after awhile, i could feel you tense.
i don't know what it was but it was almost as if there were words you've been meaning to say but can't.
your sealed lips and pounding heart was enough to give it away.
you nudged me a bit and i sat up properly, staring into eyes that held uncertainty.
you were hesitant,
scared even about something.
you were an open book right now and i was reading all about it like a news magazine exposing the next celebrity.
