Bad Luck{discontinued }

As if

 I walked to my first class of the day. Well let me rephrase that, I ran to my first class of the day. I had herbology first with Some Gryffindors and a few ravenclaws, but I made it to class just in time. Ok there was a seat next to Lilly but Alice just sat in it. Or, next to Dani, nope peter just sat there. I walk over to the empty seat infront of Dani and peter. I sat in the chair and turned my head to see Dani still looking a tad upset.

"Oh look what I found," I exclaimed pulling out a notebook I found in the hallway, it was ripped up but reparo fixed everything up , " A notebook with Dani's name on it." I handed the girl her notebook and saw her face light up like that notebook was a thanksgiving meal which , may I add isn't celebrated in London.

" How in the world did you fix it , I thought after luc-"the dark haired girl started to ramble before I cut her off.

"I just used a spell." I said with a smile. "And no , I didn't look through it." 

" Masie," I turned back to see Remus coming to sit in the empty seat next to me , "Your job is about to become  whole lot harder." He motioned for us to look towards where Lilly and Alice were sitting. 

"Hey Alice I see a spot next to Frank I'll give you a sugar quill if you move." James whisper yelled to Alice in a desperate attempt to sit next to Lilly. Of course she moved out of her seat because she has  thing for sugar quills and frank. In that order.

"It's a good thing lilly already likes him." I whispered still looking at the soon to be couple as Remus sent a confused look my way.

"She does?" He asked a little in denial.

"Oh totally, He is the only thing that girl thinks about." I said giving Remus enough information to make Lilly want to kill me.

"I thought she hated him." Remus stated still very shocked.

"As if, she absolutely adores him. Which is why I want them to be together so bad." I said starting to whisper as the professor made their way towards the classroom.  "But James can't know that." I gave him a look that pretty much said don't tell  . 

"How do you know all of this." He asked still very unsure of all of this new information.

"Because I do. Don't question it." Okay I know I sounded very suspicious but how else what I supposed to say. Oh yeah I just read her mind to make sure my ship would sail. No I couldn't do that I would be deemed crazy. Thankfully my favorite class had started before he could ask any more questions.

TIME SKIP TO LAST CLASS OF THE DAY BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE NEW SPIDERMAN MOVIE

Potions class was the worst. Few hufflepuffs had it with Mostly slytherins and a small amount of ravenclaws. I sat with Dani ,but as we were talking Snape came up to us with that ugly face of his that had the guts to call Lilly and others the M word.

"Snape." I sneered

"Rosier"

Then he started smooth talking Dani. Again I know its wrong but I tapped into his thoughts , or at least tried to. It must have been the accent. Yeah it gives me a little trouble here and there but it has never stopped me. I knew something was up. He wouldn't get over Lilly so quickly. But I was gonna give him one chance with Dani mainly because I felt bad for him. Even the bad guys deserve a happy ending.

"Would you mind." The dark haired boy said rudely.

"Yes, yes I would." I chirped not making eye contact with anyone and focusing on the potion that we were supposed to be working on.

TIME SKIP TO DINNER BECAUSE IM LAZY

  "Would you like to come sit with us again?" I asked Dani as we made our way to the great hall.

"Yeah sure."

"So," I started ," How has your new years resolution been."

"Fine"

Again, I know its wrong but I'm gonna do it anyway. And she was mad at me for chasing Snape off.

"Look, I know your upset about me blocking Snape out but-" Dani cut me off before I could finish the lecture.

" You are the so open minded about everything else but why not him." She gave me puppy dog eyes.

"Uhg, Fine." I started and she celebrated in her mind , "One chance."

We walked to the Gryffindor table and ran into my brother.

"Masie there you are I have been waiting to tell you all day that I'm back on the quidditch team." He said full of enthusiasm. "Stop doing that!" Nathan exclaimed cheeks flushed.

"Doing what?" I asked trying to sound innocent.

"Stop doing the thing"

"How do you know I'm doing the thing?"

"Because you make that face when you do the thing and its not a good look on you."

"Oh thanks you get BROTHER OF THE YEAR AWARD." By this point I felt bad for Dani, she looked so confused. "Okay well me and my friend are gonna go eat." Dani and I walked to the same spots we sat in this morning me next to an extra stressed Remus. "Are yo worried about the moon?" I brought it up casually but it caught his attention and the other marauders'.

"Pardon?" He questioned.

"Trust me, you won't rip your friends to pieces."

"Huh, What are you talking about?"

"Never mind"
