Christian's POV
“Alpha!?"
I turned and watched as he came up to me.
“What did you find out?"
“He picked up Maison from the airport and headed to the hospital."
“Hospital?"
“That's where I saw him. Vince was there too."
I frowned, what the hell where they doing together?
“Go back, I want to know why they are there."
“You got it."
I tried to think of a reason why they were together and a hospital, a human hospital at that, but who did they know that was human?
“Emilia? But she couldn't be, that would just out us all and she wouldn't do that."
Maybe Josie or Millie knew something.
Josie's POV
Millie and I were currently trying to get a hold of Maison, but he wasn't answering any of our phone calls.
“Damn it, where is he?"
Then my phone rang.
“Hello?"
“Heard you left."
“Oh, hey Josiah."
“Wow, I leave and this is what I get?"
“It's only been a couple of days."
“Days you should have been here with your family..."
“Josiah, I don't have time for this. Do you know where Maison is at?"
“Yeah, at the hospital, that's why I was calling you."
I jumped up.
“What? What happened?"
“Now calm down, it's not Maison who is hurt. Maison asked me to call you and tell you that he found her."
I gasped, looking up at Millie.
“He found her, when?"
“Apparently Taylor found out where she was at and called Maison."
“Taylor?"
I watched Millie frown.
“Yeah, Maison is there now."
“Do you know what hospital?"
“No, he didn't tell me, he just wanted me to tell you."
“Okay, I'll see if I can reach him again, thanks!"
I hung up and looked at Millie.
“He knows where she's at, but Josiah doesn't know what hospital."
“What was that about my mom?"
“Your mom told Maison where she was."
“She knew?"
”I guess so, but that doesn't matter, what matters that he has found her! We have to go!"
I pulled at her hand and ran down to her car.
“Where are we going?"
"Into the city, I have a feeling Vince knew all along where she was."
