PartyNextDoor was the first one to take the stage and Adriana was loving every second of it. It had taken her nerves away from thinking about Drake seeing here there. The lights went dim and fog appeared as Future was slowly rising on stage. She wasn't a huge fan of his but she could admit that he put on a good show. Miguel took the stage after that. At one point during his performance he starting pointing out different women in the crowd as he sang. His eyes landed on her and he gave her a smile and a wink. She knew he had recognized her and if he spotted her then Drake would definitely spot her. Miguel ended his set with Adorn, brining Wiz Khalifa to spit the remix verse.

As they waited for Drake to come out she became more and more anxious. She battled with the idea of texting him and letting him know she was there. She decided against it since she hadn't done it earlier and she felt she would just look dumb texting him now. When the lights went out she knew he was about to come on stage and she stared to panic a little bit. Fans started screaming and taking their phones out getting ready to record whatever was about to happen. Luis flashed his light in her face and asked her if she was okay. "Yeah, I'm good." she lied. She was far from that.

"You sure?"

"I'm sure." She did her best to give him genuine smile. The curtains went up and an oval stage with a band in the middle came into view. Everyone was on their feet as Drake rose to the stage starting the night off with Tuscan Leather. Adriana's eyes went wide as she watched him waiting for the moment when his eyes would meet hers. That moment came when he started reciting the lyrics to the second song of the night which was Headlines. He looked down at her and a big grin appeared on his face. She smiled back up at him relieved at his reaction. That was until Luis leaned in and placed his hand on her shoulder and whispered in her ear that Drake was looking right at her. The smile that had been on Drake's face was gone and his eyebrows were furrowed in a "what the fuck?" manner. It was only for a quick mili second. If she hadn't been staring him dead in the face she wouldn't have caught it because he made a quick recovery and stared looking around at the rest of the crowd. Just like that her heart started pounding in her chest and her anxiety was back. It was obvious now that he thought she lied to him to go on a date with another guy and that wasn't the case. Why she even felt the need to explain to him that this wasn't the case was beyond her because like Tori said, he wasn't her man.

Drake went into Crew Love tossing a couple looks in her direction and then glancing over at the man next to her. He was trying to figure out if she really showed up to his show with another dude after telling him she couldn't make it or if he was just some random dude in the crowd. He knew Tori wasn't with her because she was backstage with Chubbs. She was originally just going to meet them at the after party but Drake told him to just bring her to the show because he knew Chubbs had really enjoyed her company in Vegas. When the song was over he took a minute to introduce himself using his whole name "Aubrey Drake Graham" and telling them how much he loved LA and how it was his second home. He stared things back up by bringing Future out to perform with him. As his set with Future went on he continued tossing looks her way and he noticed she looked like a nervous wreck. She was putting on a brave face but she was definitely not enjoying the show like she had in Vegas. After doing From Time with Jhene Aiko he turned the stage over to his DJ Future The Prince and went backstage to freshen up and do a quick wardrobe change. When he got back there he made his way to Chubbs who was sitting with Tori and whispered something in his ear.

"I don't think that's a good idea dawg, R"

Drake cut him off. "I'm not worried about that right now. Just make it happen."

Chubbs nodded his head and excused himself. Meanwhile Adriana was ready to leave the show but she didn't know what excuse she could give Luis. Even though she planned on paying him back he had spent so much money on the tickets and she felt bad just ending their date. "Are you sure you're okay? You don't look so good?" Luis asked.
