Back at his Calabasas home Drake sat by his pool with a drink in his hand. He had just ended a FaceTime call with Rihanna and it was bothering him that the whole time he was talking to Rihanna he was thinking about Adriana. He tossed back the dark liquor and poured some more in his glass.

"Are you good out here?" Noah's voice sounded behind him.

"I'm alright 40. Just trying to sort some things out in my head." Drake said without turning to face him.

Noah sat down in a chair across from him. "Do you want to talk about it?"

Drake glanced up at him. "Not really." He sighed. "I just think I really fucked up 40."

"You think you fucked up or you know you fucked up?" Noah asked him. He didn't have to ask what he was talking about.

Drake let out a huff of air. "I don't know." He tossed the drink in his hand back, set the glass down, a dropped his hands in his head. "I don't know what I'm doing man."

"Let me ask you a few things. I want you to really think about the answers before you speak them." Drake looked up at him and nodded. "Before today, how much of your time did you spend thinking about Adriana? How much of your time did you spend thinking of Rihanna? Maybe it was just seeing Adriana today that has you doubting yourself." He stayed silent for a moment and hen added "Or maybe, you just didn't like seeing how comfortable she is with other men now that you're not in the picture."

Drake's jaw clenched at that last statement but he didn't say anything. He definitely didn't like that and he was sure that it was written all over his face when he seen it happen and he knew it was all over his face now that Noah brought it up. "It wasn't just seeing her today 40. She stays on my mind all the time. Even when I'm with Robyn, she's always there. Well, more often than not. It doesn't matter where I am or what I'm doing, she stays on my mind. I can me mid conversation with anyone and for no reason at all she pops in my head. I start to wonder how she's doing. I wonder if she misses me. It's just a constant thing. She's on my mine more often than anything else." He sighed. "It doesn't make sense. How was I still able to feel love for Robyn when I had Adriana?"

"Not to be cliche, but sometimes you don't realize what you had until it's gone. It doesn't sound like you're unsure, it sounds like you know you fucked up. The question is, is it too late?" Noah said.

Drake nodded his head. "Yeah. I guess I do." He sighed again. "I have to go talk to her 40." He stood up. "It can't be too late. I'm going to get my baby girl back."

"Good luck." Noah said.

Adriana tossed back another shot and placed it on the bar table then she leaned her head on the shoulder next to her. "Thank you for doing this with me."

An arm wrapped around her and a kiss was placed on her forehead. "I got you, always mamas."

She smiled but she didn't say anything. She just kept her head resting on his shoulder. She kept a brave face all night having Drake so close to her but after everything was said and done, she needed a drink. Why she had asked Angel of all people to accompany her, she wasn't sure. But here she was. "I think I'm ready to go now."

"Okay. Give me your keys. I'll drive you home and then get a ride home myself." Angel told her.

She lifted her head up and looked at him. She was going to protest but then she felt the alcohol quick in. She'd had way too many shots and aside from the one shot he took with her,  he had been nursing one drink the whole night. "Okay." She grabbed her purse to dig the keys out of it and placed them in his hand.
