It took Adriana about forty minutes to reach her destination. When she made it to the front door Drake was standing there with Chubbs, Oliver, Noah and OB. When they all saw her they fell silent and all eyes were on her. She didn't care though. She walked right up to him and started examining his face. "Are you okay?" She asked with a concerned voice.

He looked down at her and nodded his head. "I'm fine."

Catching him off guard she wrapped her arms around him and hugged him. "I'm so glad you're okay." He didn't hesitate to hug her back. He closed his eyes and let out a sigh of relief. Holding her felt so good.

Without a word the guys disappeared into the house and left them alone. Adriana pulled away and looked up at him. "What happened? Who the hell were you fighting with?"

"Don."

She frowned and shook her head. "Aubrey why would you do that?"

"Because he opened his mouth to disrespect you and I couldn't let that shit fly Dri because I care about you and I'll be damned if someone disrespects you in my presence." He was glad she was there but he was mad at her too. The liquor in his system wouldn't let him keep in what he wanted to say to her so he continued. "Not that you fuckin care about me or anything though Dri. You left me at your place with some bullshit ass note like some random nigga after I told you I loved you and you wouldn't take my calls or text me back!"

She dropped her head for a moment then looked back up at him and nodded. "That's fair. I deserved that. It was fucked up of me to do that to you."

"You're damn right it was fucked up! Do you even really love me or did you just say that shit because I said it Dri?"

"Of course I do. I would never say that if I didn't mean it. I was just scared Aubrey. I'm still scared." She looked up at him with tear filled eyes.

"You don't think I'm scared Dri?"

"Why would you be scared Aubrey? You can have anything you want, anyone you want. The whole world is at your fingertips."

He scoffed. "Then why don't I have you Dri?"

"It's not that you don't have me. I just need some time."

"Then talk to me and tell me that Dri! Don't leave me some damn note saying you want to be friends and then ignore me clearly showing me that you don't want to be friends!"

She nodded her head. "Okay." She said barley above a whisper. Tears came down her eyes.

He wiped her tears and held her face in his hands. "Dri you can't keep pushing me away! I need you to understand that I'm just as scared as you are, if not more."

"I don't understand why you would be scared though. I'm not the one that could get anyone they want. You don't have to worry about me running off with some random."

"Do you really believe that? Do you not see how men look at you when you walk around?" He released her face and laughed. "Scratch that, your worried about me being able to get any woman I want right? But Dri, those women, they don't love me. That shit is just platonic. They don't really know me to be in love with me, they just think they love me. Or they love the idea of me and what I can give them. They don't know me like you've gotten to know me in such a short time. Sure I could get them if I wanted, but it wouldn't mean shit! You on the other hand have somehow managed to make four men fall in love with you without even trying. Trust me Dri, I know what you're scared of. You're scared of those countless women I could possibly get involved with on the road. But I'm scared of the men that will be here and so close to you when I'm gone. The father of your children, your best friend, and a childhood friend. Those women wouldn't mean shit to me. But Jay, Chris, and Angel, they already have a place in your heart Dri. Whether it be as friends or whatever that may be, they're already in here." He said pointing to her heart. "And that scares the shit out of me."
