I groaned as I drifted back into reality from my peaceful sleep and turned to my side, pulling my blankets tighter around me. I heard my door click open and tensed up. Who the-
"Ow!" I yelped as someone jumped right on top of me. I opened my eyes to see Draco grinning widely at me. "Draco!" I snapped, thrashing around under him.
"Woah! Calm down, love!" he chuckled. His voice was still scratchy and his hair was a mess, allowing myself to come to the conclusion that he had just woken up too. This early and he was already bugging me.
"You're lucky I don't sleep with my wand under my pillow," I warned. Draco laughed again.
"Oh, you wouldn't hurt me," he mused confidently.
"I didn't know it was you, though," I countered with a smirk. He rolled his eyes before bouncing on me. I squealed before shoving him off of me. He crawled back on quickly.
"Do you mind getting off of me?" I barked. He smirked.
"Yes, I like it right here." He looked down at my tank top and his eyes widened. "Merlin Sierra! You've grown!"
I furrowed my brow, looking down at my chest. Sure, I had developed over the summer, but not much to where it was that noticeable. My cheeks still went pink. "Draco!" I whined, squirming under him. He laughed before finally rolling off me.
"Why did you wake me up so early?" I asked, sitting up and rubbing my eyes. Even though no lights were on, my room wasn't that dark because the light was shining through the curtains.
"I was bored," he said simply. I froze and glared over at him. He winked at me and I smacked his chest.
"What time is it?"
"I don't know," he said with a shrug. "All I know is that I'm hungry." He stood from my bed and grabbed my wrist.
"Draco, wait!" I shrieked. He yanked my arm, dragging me across the bed and then I fell off and onto the floor with a thud. I groaned as he laughed and attempted to pick me back up. I shoved him off of me and stood up on my own.
"Come on, love," he said cheerfully and grabbed me again, pulling me out of the room.
"You're lucky Nagini didn't sleep in here with me last night," I grumbled as we jogged down the stairs and into the kitchen.
Our new house elf, Tanny, was already bustling around the kitchen, fixing plates and getting glasses by snapping her fingers. She looked up at us sheepishly as we entered.
"Good morning, Tanny," I said politely, sitting down in my usual chair.
"Good morning Master Sierra," she squeaked with a smile. She stopped by Draco and gave him a fearful smile as he scowled at her. "G-Good morning, Master Draco."
He scoffed and I glared at him. "'Morning," he mumbled, sitting down across from me. I rolled my eyes.
"He's just grumpy, Tanny," I reassured her. "Like always." Draco gave me a look which I ignored. "Can we get some breakfast?"
She nodded-- "Of course, ma'am"-- and in no time, there were two steaming hot plates of food in front of each of us along with milk.
__
"I'm going to my room, okay?" I told Draco as I stood from where I was sitting. He was still slowly eating his eggs. He mumbled something incoherent since he had a mouthful of food and I laughed before exiting the kitchen and going up the stairs into my room.
