   "Snake!"

I turned and quickly bounded over to Fred and George, who were waving at me from the other end of the corridor. Draco was too busy having a heated argument with Jalen to notice me, but Blaise did, and before he could alert Draco, I quickly hurried over to the twins and grabbed their arms, rounding the corner.

"Woah, snake," Fred said, rubbing the forearm of his I had grabbed. "You're strong for a little third year."

"So where did you have in mind for us all to talk about your prank?" George wiggled his eyebrows.

"I haven't thought of that...maybe the library?"

They both gagged and I held up my hands. "Okay, okay. Where do you two want to go, then?"

They grinned at each other before looking back into my expecting eyes. "I don't think you've spoken to Barry in a while," Fred said with a wink.

I smiled widely. "No, I haven't," I said. "Let's go." I spun on my heel and they followed me as I made my way down the corridor, speeding up our pace when the angry hollers of Draco echoed around the corridors, even amongst the rest of the chatter in the halls.

"So, tell us all about this devious little plan of yours," George said smoothly as I held a piece of fish up to Barry's awaiting tentacle. He plucked it from my small hand and chucked it into the water, where there was a gurgling noise and the small fish disappeared from the surface.

"Well," I began, leaning back on my elbows. I told them who I was doing it on and they laughed loudly.

"That'll be a sight!" Fred exclaimed. "Do take a picture for us."

"I will," I assured slyly with a laugh. "So it's sort of inspired by something you did last last year with these—" I pulled out the two large boxes of Dungbombs from my robes and their eyes widened in excitement. "I need you to help me fill them with soap and water."

I sat up with a gasp and instinctively placed my hand over my beating heart. I slowly put my hand back down and flinched when I felt it come in contact with cold, slimy water. I looked around and almost jumped out of my skin when I realized I was sitting on the ground right next to the rotting corpse of the Basilisk from last year. I was in the Chamber of Secrets.

"Sierra, please stand. The floor is filthy."

I looked up at my father quickly before scrambling up, dripping in sewer water. I almost gagged as I approached him. "Hello father," I said.

"Hello." Then he smiled. "Did you like your present?"

"My present!" I said excitedly, my hand going straight to the necklace that was now on the outside of my grey long-sleeve shirt. "Yes, I love it! Thank you but...it did something to me yesterday...it—"

"Burned you," he finished.

I blinked at him. "Y-Yes, it burned me. How did you...?"

"You were angry at the time, am I correct?" He had a sly smirk on his face, which I didn't understand.

"Yes but it wasn't that big of a deal—the reason I was mad wasn't a big deal, I mean. I've been a bit grumpy a bit if we're being honest—"

The pointed look he was giving me made me stop. Then my eyes widened and I grabbed the cool metal again. "Draco was right?" I demanded, looking up at my father who still looked pretty satisfied with his gift. "This makes me mad?"
