"Fuck man." I said as threw my head back.

"This man, still not used to these shits." I heard a Kelvin say.

"Man shut yo ass up!" I yelled at him, as I slowly lowered myself into the ice bath.

"I'm just saying, you should be used to the water, all them cold showers you be taking." Kelvin said as he sat in an opposite tub looking bout relaxed as a mother fucker. I rarely took ice bathes, but this damn school made us take them at least twice a month around the conditioning period.

"Let us talk it'll make you forget about the cold water." Wonder said. I sighed as I bit my lip as I sank even lower in the water.

"You ready for the game Thursday?" Wonder asked. I sighed and nodded.

"Talk bitch!" Kelvin yelled throwing ice at me. I sighed before laughing.

"As of right now, no." I shivered.

"And why you say that?" Wonder asked.

"Simple the girl he want ain't fucking with nann one of our asses. The girl he got want the d*ck but he don't even want to put his finger in it cause he don't want her pregnant cause it's the new trend and his pull out game weak as fuck, bruh where the fuck you been?" Kelvin asked. I agreed where this nigga been for real.

"I got me a little baby who gon listen." he smiled.

"Whipped." Kelvin and I both said as we both flicked our wrist.

"Man listen, I wouldn't mind being whipped by her."

"Nigga you sound suspect, get your legs out my tub." Kelvin said seriously making me laugh. Wonder listened and placed his legs in my tub making the water rise which pissed me off but I held my tongue.

"So who's the girl you want?" he asked me.

"Who else bruh?"

"Trinity?" Wonder asked. Making me nod.

"What are you obsessed with her or something?" he asked. And I nodded. I just might be.

"He is. All he talk about is her. Then when Imani around we talk about Trinity in code." Kelvin said.

"So Imani is the girl you got but don't want?"

"Wow, you figured that out so quick, hard to believe you ain't here on academics." I said sarcastically.

"Nigga, shut up. I thought you like Imani. That's the only reason I set you guys up." Wonder said.

"Wow, Wonder bread you're the one who fucked it all up." Kelvin said. I was about to nod, but I shook my head in disagreement instead. I'm the real one who fucked it all up. Back in Margate I should've seen Trinn for what I see her as now.

"He didn't do anything. Maybe Trinity and I just don't belong." I shrugged. Kelvin shook his head.

"I disagree. Alina and I were talking and we say that you both are too damn alike." Kelvin said as he comfortably sank in the ice water.

"Nah, we too different. That's why we really don't need to be together."

"But nigga what's that chinese shit say?" Kelvin asked as he looked around snapping his fingers. Wonder and I looked at him as if he were stupid. Cause he was looking dumb.

"The Ying Yang twins! Yeah they work cause the Chinese pope said that opposites belong and shit like that." Kelvin said making me shake my head.

"This nigga really just said Chinese pope?" I asked as I laughed. Wonder looked at Kelvin like he wanted to throw a book at his head.
