CHAPTER 3

Skyler stood clueless as Sandra walked up beside her and looked at John. Skyler seemed almost memorized as Sandra then playfully pushed her and Skyler regained consciousness. She then shook her head as Sandra looked at her with a strange look of confusion.

"You alright. I've never seen you this nervous before." said Sandra as Skyler took in a deep breath and looked back at Sandra and sighed.

"How I'm I going to tell him." said Skyler more worried than nervous.

"Well that cold feet of yours better get its act together because he's coming this way." said Sandra as pointed back at John as Skyler then looked up and watched John walk up to them. 

Skyler then looked around to find a place to hide, but before she could find one Sandra gripped Skyler's arm tightly that made her look up and see John stand right in front of her. Skyler gasped as Sandra nodded and then left to her locker. 

Skyler watched Sandra leave then looked up at John who was tall and very handsome with a smile only angels could carve. His shaggy black hair feel perfectly over his forehead and eyes. She couldn't help gaze into his beautiful dark pure black eyes. His skin was pale and soft as he reached and touched her arm lightly.

Skyler had a huge crush on John the very first moment he had entered her english class. They slowly got to know one another that at a time he considered her as his best friend. Yet she never imagined him to ever ask her out.

John then softly said,

"You seem a little tense."

Skyler shuddered as he slowly moved his hand up and down her arm. She wanted to tell him why, but the feeling of breaking his heart felt to painful for her. She feared that telling him would make things between them change and never be the same, but not telling him was ripping her apart as well.

"We need to talk."

"About?" he said curiously that made heart ache with the desire to kiss him and make her pain go away.

"This isn't the best place to talk." she said shyly as he then held her hand and leaned over toward her and whispered into her ear,

"Then lets skip class today. I want to spend time alone with you."

"You know we can't do that. We'll get in trouble."

He laughed as it made the desire in her grow longing for a kiss. She loved is laugh, t was a beautiful melody to her ears that she wanted to keep forever.

"Skyler Luna, since when did you become a square. What happened to my Luna who never cared for rules and regulations. Do I have to remind you that it was you who showed me this dangerous style."

Skyler smiled flirtatiously at him and said,
