Peter walked through the congested hallway of Midtown, trying his best to push through the sea of people to get to his locker. A grin plastered on his face as he woke up in the morning remembering the events of the weekend... well... most of the weekend, given he could barely remember what he did Friday night. May had given the boy slack all weekend after his night out on Friday, and so she should, but it wasn't nearly as stern as it would be compared to other parents.

While yes, things were different for him now, it was a good different to be able to think about Isabelle and associate her as his girlfriend. But on top of that major difference, school appeared to feel different as well. He noticed the stares of students as he walked past them, he noticed the way some of the guys glared at him and he certainly took notice of the whispers that were being said as he walked through the halls.

Had this been what it felt like to be Isabelle, constantly upon her recent change in attire? The answer to that was; Absolutely, that's exactly what it was like, while no one was ogling at him, it was the fact of the matter. The feeling of being watched by doing something so mundane as walking to a locker was what Isabelle dealt with at school.

Midtown had hardly been the school type to spread gossip around, but this gossip involved Tony Starks daughter and therefore was eloquent enough to be carried from ear to ear among the peers Isabelle went to school with. It wasn't a nice rumor that spread, not that any form of a rumor is 'nice', but this particularly wasn't a nice rumor.

Despite the entire school body being close to blackout drunk, there were few who seemed to recall the appearance of Isabelle at the party on Friday night being sparse and lasted only ten minutes. These few individuals also vividly swear on their lives that they saw Isabelle leave with Peter Parker not too long upon her arrival.

Teenagers with nothing better to do formed the idea that Isabelle Stark and Peter Parker slept together, although they had no proof to show other than the two leaving the party. For such bright kids, they were positive on their information that they need not gather proof to back up the rumor.

Upon Isabelle's arrival, it was like a frenzy of people whispering and muttering as she walked down the hall not giving them so much as a glance in their direction as she focused mainly on the phone in her hands. She pushed through the dense crowd of peers as she made a detour from her locker to Peter's locker knowing he would already be there.

Thumbing away at her phone she's caught in between trying to text Natasha and Steve details of the weekend given that they had been absent since Sunday morning on a low-key recon mission. Of course, both Avenger team members were quite disappointed to learn of Isabelle's recent news, they weren't disappointed that it happened, they were disappointed to have heard it whilst they were away.

Stopping just short of Peter, Isabelle slips her phone into her jacket pocket and beams, "Hey, Pete." Having not known the girl was there, the boy jumped slightly and turned to face her, despite being startled he couldn't help but smile when he saw her. His face instantaneously relaxing and lifting at the sight of her, "Hey, Issie."

Isabelle caught a glimpse of the books Peter was stacking in his arms and groaned, "Calculus first - really? God, do you think if I didn't show up anyone would notice?" She jokingly complained, Peter opened his mouth to answer only someone else answered for him, "Yeah everyone would - you're the talk of the school right now, Issie." Ned Leeds had made himself known to the couple.

"I just - I don't get why everyone's losing their shit over my...dad... being Tony Stark, it's no big deal." Isabelle threw her arms up in annoyance, growing tiresome of this defining factor determining her popularity. Ned eyed her then flicked his gaze over to Peter, "It's not a big deal for you - you live with him... C'mon I'm sure Peter is still wetting himself over the fact he's dating Tony Starks daughter - aren't you, Peter?"
