Isabelle stumbles back jarringly, losing all the balance in her feet as she hits the ground with a solid thump from the blow to the face. Lying down face flat on the crash mat she contemplates whether to move or not until Tony speaks up. "Again."

Steve, laced with a thin layer of sweat and bloodied hand wraps from the solid hits he's managed to get in on Isabelle. "Tony - c'mon... she's had enough..." Steve points out to the girl laying on the floor, it had only been a week since her awakening and needless to say Tony had been sure to work her hard. "Not yet -- up you get Uma Thurman, we aren't done here."

A groan rattled her chest as she sluggishly picked herself up off the mats beneath her. For several days the floor had been welcoming to her face, given that she spent so much of her time on the floor from having her ass kicked by Steve, Wanda, Sam, Rhodey, Natasha and Vision. She spits out a wad of spit and blood off to the side making Tony grimace, "what are you, an animal? God - you can clean that up... you need to listen, Isabelle. When I tell you to alternate, that's when you need to alternate powers."

"It would help if you actually told me what I needed to alternate to." She muttered, swiping the back of her hand across her lips to wipe off the rest of the blood that had oozed out of the cut. Today's training had been far more vigorous than the other days and Tony wasn't willing to let it down, making sure Steve wasn't making it easy for her. The super soldier was reluctant to even square up with the teenage girl but after she managed to take and give a few strong hits and with the pressure of Tony egging him on, he had grown less reluctant.

Tony shook his hand and patted her on the shoulders, "not a chance, you need to be able to tell the other people's movements and predict their attacks -- Steve, stop taking it easy on her." He scolded both exhausted parties. Steve gestured to her as if it was the most obvious thing in the world as to why he wouldn't simply 'lay out' on her. "Tony, she's a girl, a young, teenage girl... younger than Wanda-"

"A young girl who can beat you without hesitation, she has the potential to wipe the entire Avengers out but in order for her to do so she needs to train, because she is nowhere near that skill level. Grow a pair Cap, Stop taking it easy." Tony made it clear to both Steve and Isabelle the intent of the harsh critiques. The two must admit that he may be a little too harsh on her, given that it had only been a week and she was bloodied and bruised. Steve brought his fists up in front of his face and hunched his shoulders, ready for the next round.

Tony bent down to Isabelle's eye level and spoke to her quietly, "I know you can take him down, Issie. Whatever's stopping you up there -" he gesture to her temples, "-you need get past it. Just... watch...watch how he moves and predict the next move... you got this." He clapped her back reassuringly and stepped away as she slacked her arms. Ever so slightly they swayed by her side and she eyed Steve, neither of them moved just yet.

Her energy core glowed vibrantly from behind her tank top, the orange light leaking from the tiny gaps in the fabric. She adjusted the placement of the cuffs on her wrist and waited for Steve to throw the first punch. Seeing the way his right arm tenses was enough to signal his next movement, without Tony even saying a word she spun the dial on her cuff that labelled 'super soldier' and swerved away from Steve's nasty right hook. Following her movement with a jab of her fist, right in his blind spot and unprotected area on the side of his face.

While Steve stumbled back, shocked by the force of the punch a smile tugged on Tony's lips. "Alternate." He almost chuckled proudly, she spun the dial to the setting marked 'vision', immediately manipulating her density upon Steve winding up an uppercut, her figure ever so slightly turned transparent, his fist passing through her body as if she were air. She passed through Steve, allowing the shock to sink in as she stood behind him, "Alternate." Tony instructed Isabelle, letting her density return to normal as she switched the dial once more to super soldier.
