We decided to stop in at the bakery to tell Mollie and Charlie the good news, Katniss spent the whole walk to the bakery twisting the ring around her finger and examining it, luckily it fit perfectly so it didn't need to be resized.
Our fingers interlocked as we headed down to the bakery.
I pushed open the door with my shoulder, Mollie was at the counter serving a customer and Charlie was putting some freshly frosted cakes in the display case.
"Hey guys" I said
"Oh hi Peeta" Mollie said handing the change to the customer.
"Oh katniss, hi" Mollie continued.
"We have secret, but you can't tell anyone" I told them
"Well okay then, tell us" Charlie insisted
"We're getting married" I yelled grabbing Katniss' hand and showing them a ring
"Oh my God" Mollie yelled squeezing Katniss is a hug
"Congratz dude" Charlie said slapping my shoulder
"Thanks" I replied.
We headed home, our fingers still interlocked.
"I love you" she whispered.
"I love you too. Forever and Always"
It's kind of mysterious how we'd just sat down in the kitchen, and I'd just started to put the dinner on, when there was a knock at the door.
"Just ignore it" Katniss said
I wanted to ignore it, but whoever it was kept knocking.
"Ugh, fine I'll get it" Katniss moaned.
"I'll go with you." I said leaving the dinner to sinner
Whoever it was banged at the door again, moody, huh?
Katniss opened the door
"Hi Catnip"
