"Peggy," I called out in despair as I frantically chase her around the bedroom as she packs her stuff. "Please, think this through."

"I already did," She hastily states, struggling to close her overloading suitcase. "I'm going to London."

"What about your education?" I ask, grabbing her arm. She pulls away forcefully. "You got a full scholarship to attend here! You can't just throw that away."

"I can study in London."

"Please, Peggy!" I shout, tears rimming my eyes. "What about your sisters? Your friends?"

"I can always FaceTime and text them."

"Alright, Peggy," I sigh, running my hands through my hair, staring at he half empty bedroom. "But what about me?"

She immediately stops budging with her suitcases and stares at me, tears starting to form in her brown eyes.

"John," She quietly croaks before running into me, wrapping me in a tight hug. I rest chin on her head.

"Please don't go," I whisper as I stroke her curly hair.

"I have to. For my mother," She whimpers, "All of my siblings are now in America, and are unable to live with her. I have to do this for her. She won't be able to live on her own, she's old."

"Are you going to stay there? Forever?"

"Probably," She sighs, rubbing my back affectionately. "I'll call everyday!"

"Is this the end of us?" I blatantly ask, pulling away.

"What?" She stutters, her face confused.

"You and I? Are we over?" I ask firmly once again, anger starting to bubble in me.

"I- no-"

"Cause I know you'll find another boy in your new college in London. I know you'll grow old to do great things. And I know, because of how successful you will be, calling me will be the last thing on your mind."

"John, that's not true," She mutters, holding my hand. I fight the urge to pull back.

"It is. And that's what I want for you."

"W-What?" She stutters, wiping away a trail of tears off of her cheek.

"I love you, and that means I want you to be happy. If you're happy in London with your mother, with another boy, I will support you."

"My John," She mutters, looking at our intertwined fingers. "I love you."

"I love you, too," I whisper, leaning my head against hers. "Now come on, we don't want to miss the sending away party!"

"When you said sending away party, I imagined a small get together with lots of crying, but NOT A KEG STAND!" Peggy squeals in delight as everyone was cheering on Hercules as he was taking a challenge issued by Lafayette: to drink from the keg upside down.

"This is fucking amazing!" Alexander laughed, his own cup of beer sloshing in his hand.

"The sisters can throw one hell of a party," I point out, nudging him in the arm. Eliza sashays through the room, holding numerous red cups in her hands, handing them to everyone. Alexander stares at her, slightly smiling. I nudge him gently.

"What?" I asked, "Do you like her?"

"I- no, I don't. She's dating Maria," He says, taking a swig of his drink.
