That idea was harder than I thought, because over the next few weeks ( even though I was back in school without the boys ), Beau bombarded me with love letters, roses, and even their fans spammed me to give Beau another chance.

I didn't give in though, although I really wanted to, My feelings for Beau hadn't disappeared, and I knew that we would be together one day.

School continued, but there were changes. We had two new members in glee club. Beau had transferred to McKinley to be with Kurt, and a foreign exchange student from Ireland called Rory ( We obviously got on well as we were from the same country ), but Sam had left the school, because his dad had gotten a new job out of state. Mercedes even had a new boyfriend, one of the guys that played football with Finn and Puck, and Finn and Rachel were so loved up it was sickening.

The months past quickly and many things happened in the glee club. We won Sectionals, Sam came back, we won Regionals, and before I knew it Valentine's Day had come around.

That day, I was in English class when my teacher, Mr Walsh, said that he wanted to talk to me after class.

'Is everything alright Sir?', I asked, when the bell had rung and everybody else had left the classroom.

'Yes', Mr Wash smiled, his curly dark hair shining from the sunlight coming through the window, 'It's just about the essay you wrote last week Lauren.'

'Did I do it right?', I asked.

'You certainly did', Mr Walsh replied, 'Lauren it's the best essay that I think I've ever read that was written by a Junior. Do you write in your spare time?'

'I, uh, was my cousin's assistant during the Summer. She's a journalist, and I spent some time writing, for fun', I admitted.

'Have you ever thought of following in her footsteps?', Mr Walsh asked, 'You're a really talented writer Lauren.'

'Thank you very much Sir', I replied, 'But my dream is still to become a performer.'

'Well if that doesn't work out, you know what career to persue', Mr Walsh said.

I was contemplating this as I drove home from school ( My parents had bought me a car, and I had also gotten my driver's license ).

Could I really become a journalist? I had certainly enjoyed my experience over the Summer, but it seemed unlikely that I could actually make a career out of it.

It was only later, as I was doing my homework, that I remembered it was Valentine's Day, and then I got totally depressed because I hadn't gotten a card. Not even from Beau.

I was half-way through my Spanish homework when I heard a lot of commotion outside.

Nosy as usual, I went out into the hallway, and looked out the front window.

There I saw Beau pushing a piano ( random I know ), onto the driveway of my house.

I immediately opened the window and shouted out, 'Beau what the hell are you doing?'

He jumped a little, as I had given him a shock, and then looked up at me, smiled, and then winked.

I sighed and called, 'Where did you get the piano? You didn't steal it did you?!'

Again, he just winked at me. At the same time, Luke, Jai, James, and Daniel had come out of his house and were now standing behind the piano.

I was about to call them when Beau sat down on a stool by the side of piano and started to 'Play' it. ( I could see the iPod speakers under the piano. He had obviously downloaded the original song ).

I immediately recognized the song as 'A Million Love Songs' by my favourite band in the whole world, Take That.

Before I could say anymore, Beau started to mime as the real singer, Gary Barlow, started to sing. He also pretended to be playing the piano while the other guys pretended to sing the harmonies.

I started to laugh because the whole thing looked so comical, but stopped when Beau looked up at me as he mimed the words, 'A million love songs later, and here I am trying to tell you, that I care. A million love songs later, and here I am.'

I know it's embarrassing, but I actually started to cry.

Beau had gone to so much trouble with the song and getting the piano ( which I was still certain that he had stolen ), and in those short few minutes I forgave him for going off with Alison, for everything!

So before he and the guys had even finished I raced down the stairs and out the front door.

'Happy Valentine's Day Laur', Beau said, standing up and away from the piano.

'Happy Valentine's Day Beau', I smiled, although there were tears in my eyes.

With that I walked over and threw my arms around me, and he instantly clasped his arms around my waist. It felt so good to be in his arms once more.

'Thank you', I whispered, as we stared into each other's eyes, and then I kissed him gently on the lips.

'WHOOP! WHOOP!', the rest of the guys cheered, as Beau and i continued kissing, my hands grasping the back of his neck, and his hands running through my hair.

It was definitely the best Valentine's Day ever!
