"Red! Heyy!" Uncle Kelvin hugged me when I walked into his hotel room.
"Hey Kelvin!" I hugged him back and see Auntie Tiffany isn't here.
"Where is Tiffany?"
"She's with Shiro, Allura, Pidge, & Hunk. They're out at the beach. I'm staying here because I overslept." He cracked a smile and we sat on the bed.
Silence.

"So what did you want to talk about?" He broke the silence.
"What happened to Keller?"
"Keller?"
"M-My father."
"I-I can't."
"Tell me."
"I can't."
"Why."
I looked at him. I saw the fear in his eyes.
"I promised her not to talk about it."
"My mother?... Kathy? KATHY AKA MY MOTHER?!"

My mother? She promised her brother to not talk about it! I am her son! I deserve to know! I should know who is my father really! My mom is dead! She can't control me! WHY CAN'T I KNOW!

"..Yeah.. Your mom."
"I fucking deserve to know! I am her fucking son who should deserve to know his father really!" I felt heat in my veins.
"I know! I know, but—"
"BUT WHAT?! I AM SUCH A COWARD TO KNOW THAT MY FATHER IS A CRIMINAL!? HE LEFT MY MOTHER WITH ME AND NOTHING!" Tears fell down my cheeks faster than Lance & I running as kids. Anger. Anger controls my whole body.
"Kei-Keith.." He shelf back his tears.
"Keith what? Yeah, lie to me like mom did my whole fucking life." I crossed my arms & rolled my eyes.
"Keith-Keith.. Don't say that.. Your mother did what she could to protect you.!"
"Protect me for what? The truth? I know truth hurts, but lies is the fucking worse! Just tell me! Mom is dead! She's not here!"

Cracked.

"How-how dare you talk about Kathy like that! She tried her best to protect you! She gave you love! Now look at you! You aren't my Red!" He yelled back.

He froze. He stared at me with surprise. He finally let his eyes become waterfalls slowly.
"Keith! You have to understand that your mother protected you!" His voice cracked.
"I do! You have to understand that I deserve to know about my father!"
"Okay! Let me explain!" He wiped his tears.
"Okay." I sighed & took a deep breath.
"When your mother, Keller, little you & I moved over to U.S, Keller didn't stay home to help your mother with you. I stayed over and helped. One time your mother had to go to work and couldn't come back until late at night, I heard the front door threw open. I didn't know who came so I thought it was a burglar. I held you close to my chest & grabbed a nearest object. I peeked through the door. I saw your father. Drunk. With a woman. They were both drunk.. They kept making out with each other & had sex. I was shock. I stayed silent and kept you close to my chest. You were a small quiet baby. Weeks later, your father came back drunk. Of course. He was alone with me. Your mother was at Agathe's house. Your father told me that 'his business trips' are just trips to U.S to spend his stupid time with the woman then they had Kai. Then he had you with your mother after a year or so. Terrible man, I know. I will never forget Kathy's reaction when I told her about the affair and everything. She cried in my arms and hugged little you. Then things got worse. I remember months without your dad when you were little. Until you were 3, he left for good. He left because he wanted to stay with the woman and Kai. That broke Kathy. He broke our family. That time, I'm married with Tiffany and Shiro was only 6 years old. Then. Then.." He finally started to sob. I hugged him and he cried in my arms. I remember I was little, Mom went to work & I was left with Kelvin, I cried in his arms. Tables have turned.
"Then.. Kathy tried to.. attempt suicide. I remember me running down the hospital hallway with you in my arms. I will never forget that." He cried even more. He couldn't control his emotions. His emotions are too big & strong for him to handle.
"Then-Then... when you got kidnapped.. and raped.. I remember your brought me to the police station to pick out who did it to you for moral support. I could recognize him. He look so similar like Keller..."

K-Kai raped me? My-My half-brother kidnapped me..... and raped me.

"I'm so sorry that I couldn't stop this.." he cried in my arms.
"It's not your fault, Kelvin.. You did your best & I love that you tried." I hugged him tighter.
