Chapter 2

(Albus's POV)

After I changed into my robes, Ivy and I headed back to the train capartments with our friends in them.

We casually talked about our intrests and what house she'd like to be sorted into. She expects to be put in Gryffindor like her dad. Her mum appearently is a muggle; making her a half-blood. Now I HAVE to get into Gryffindor house. There's no way I'm letting James get a hold of her. And, yes James is in Gryffindor. So is Flyn but I'm more worried about James. Mostly because Ivy seems to have figured out about Lacey's giant crush on him, so I don't think she'll go after Flyn. 

As soon as we reached the car I was attacked by my brother and Flyn.

"Guys what the bloody hell!?" I yelled.

Rose and Lacey were sprawled out on the seats laughing their heads off. Ivy started giggling watching me being attacked.

"What you find this funny?" I asked her.

She laughed harder. "I'm sorry, I just find you lot quite entertainging is all." she continued laughing. I couldn't help but start laughing as well even though I was being man handled by my vicious brother and friend. Her laugh was too contagious.

Eventually I was set free and the 3 of us got off the floor.

"That was for stealing our woman." Flyn said plopping in the seat next to James.

The girls laughed and I just rolled my eyes at them. Soon, She'll be my woman. Whatcha think about that huh James! Yea maybe I should stop talking in my head. It's getting pretty scary in here.

We all continued chatting and laughing until the train boarded the station and it was time to go off to hogwarts.

I walked with Rose and Lacey infront of me and Flyn and James behind me. Suddenly a person ran up beside me. It was Ivy. 

"Hey sorry I got kinda lost back there." she said panting. Did she run just to come walk next to me? Does mean she likes me? Calm down Albus, you've only known her for a couple hours and already majorly crushing on her.

We walked over to the carriages and waited for our turns. James and Flyn ran up ahead and got in a carriage with more friends of theirs. Figures, I'm sure we'll see them later though.

Rose, Lacey, Ivy and I were next to get into the carriages. They were strange. They were like normal carriages but nothing was pulling them. Very odd, but then again this is a school of magic.

The 3 girls talked as we started on our way to the school. There were carriages both in front and back of us so I looked at the other students as we rode along. James and Flyn were chatting away in their carriage. I looked at the carriage behind us and a couple guys were staring at ours. At Ivy to be more specific. They were smiling and whispering to one another still watching her. Ivy was so into the conversation with Lacey and Rose I guess she didn't notice all the attention directed towards her. I can already tell Ivy was going to be very popular at Hogwarts. Especially with the boys. The ones in the carriage also looked around James and Flyn's age, maybe older. Perfect more competition, sigh.

I glanced at Ivy and caught her eyes. We made contact and she smiled at me before re-entering the conversation with Lacey and Rose. Well at least I know I have an advantage on everyone else. I've already befriended her, so she'll most likely hang with us at school. Perfect!
