The Angel Of Darkness (Itachi Love Story)

Uchiha's reunited

(Third Person)

Izuka was running as fast as she could tripping on the way. The pain on her side and chest was excruciating but still she pushed on. She could feel more people with him...One she didn't know but his chakra signature was strong. The others were Kakashi, Kurenai, and Asuma; she had to hurry. Izuka was the only one who could take him on. Suddenly a root member appeared in front of her causing her to stop.

"What are you doing here? Get out of my way." Izuka ordered.

"Lord Danzo has a mission for you. He knows of the intruders, they are from the Akatsuki and he wants you to spy on them."

"What?! If he knows why hasn't he alerted anyone?!" Izuka shouted in anger.

"He has his reasons,"

Izuka pushed the root ANBU aside and continued towards the fight.

Meanwhile Kakashi was facing Itachi along with Kurenai and Asuma.

"Remember why we are here in the first place....Getting injured is not the reason why we came here!" Itachi scolded Kisame.

"Then would you mind telling us why you've come here?" Kakashi questioned.

"We've come looking for something," Itachi answered.

"You're looking for Sasuke...aren't you?"

"We are after the fourth Hokage's legacy and the so called Angel of Darkness."

The three Leaf shinobi tensed.

"Izuka...." They all thought remembering the day she woke up after the massacre.

They could remember when she opened her eyes they were dull and filled with pain. She barely spoke to anyone not even to Sasuke or Naruto; then the next day she was gone.

"Kakashi's chakra is low....what's happening over there?" Izuka wondered. "Now Gai is there."

Finally Izuka made it to the site where they were just in time to see a man with blue skin aiming his sword at Gai but she took out her sword blocking it shocking all the shinobi.

"You-you're supposed t-to be resting." Kurenai stuttered.

"No time to rest." Izuka replied behind my mask eyeing the enemy.

Now that she was up close, she recognized him as one of the seven swordsmen; Kisame.

"It's the one we're looking for." Itachi muttered ignoring the fact that the ANBU mask is the same as his lost love's.

"So this is the Angel of Darkness eh?" Kisame said in a smug voice. "She sure does live up to the name."

"And you're the guys infiltrating my village." Izuka said keeping all emotion out of her voice. 

Kisame jumped back to Itachi's side. Izuka's gaze went from Kisame over to Itachi. He still looked the same since that dreadful day. Her heart started to ache and was filled with all negative emotions mostly hate. What she wanted to do the most was kill him for all the sins that he had committed. It took everything she had to hold back her tears but she vowed she would never shed another tear over him.

"Let's see who's behind that mask." Kisame said to Itachi.

"Do what you want. Just don't kill her."

"Finally things just got interesting," Izuka said.

"You just got out of the hospital! You're in no condition to fight!" Kakashi shouted to her.
