Hello there beshies. I won't be updating tonight because I will be at the Chainsmokers Concert. Yes! Birthday gift of my son (my birthday was last July pa).
So, I'm launching the twin book to Mixed Signals today, now na. The book is entitled Lush, and all the steamy stuff you want to read will be there. So if you'll notice this chapter is short, it's because the rest of the story is in that book.

It was a lazy afternoon and Maine woke up from a nap in Alden's bedroom. Alden was on his laptop across the room, chatting with his parents on facetime. Maine noted how close he was to his parents, as they affectionately talked for about fifteen minutes. She couldn't hear what they were talking about, but she loved how animated Alden was while talking to them. She kept still, not wanting to interrupt his conversation with them. She closed her eyes again.
She felt the bed dip to accommodate Alden's weight and smiled, giddy with anticipation of feeling him close to her again. Maine never knew she was capable of being this clingy to someone, and was glad that Alden didn't mind. It was a wonder how he too was clingy to her, he was just as needy for attention.
She sighed contentedly as she felt herself being scooped and caged in his arms. Her palm ran lightly over his forearm, her fingertip tracing the network of veins on his arm to the back of his hand. She felt him lick her shoulder and nip it, shivering slightly when he blew on the damp skin.
"Sarap?"
"Yes.....pero bitin."
