Hello there beshies, sorry for the late post. I got home 2:00 AM from the concert and slept only four hours, went to work. Didn't get to write till lunchbreak, finished my chapter just now, haha. Pardon any typos as always, I was in a hurry to post this update and share with you all.

Anyway, there's a storm brewing and her name is Janine. I know you are anticipating her return into Alden's life, and it will be a challenge to their relationship that will either seal it or break it. Enjoy reading guys, will catch up on my sleep, hoping to normalize my updates i the days to come :)

"What. Did. You. Tell. Her."

"I

"I.....said.....I said we were.......getting back together."

He held her arm for a moment and suddenly let go. He squeezed his eyes shut and rubbed his face with both hands. With a deep sigh, he looked at her with sad eyes.

"Janine, I loved her. We were in a serious relationship, I was already planning my life around her."

"But.......no. I don't believe you. You're just angry with what I did."

His eyes were red-rimmed from crying.
