I'm Here For You (Bertholdt X Reader) (Highschool Au)

Chapter 3

You woke up to the sound of an alarm. You groaned and slammed your hand down on it to turn it off. You then groaned again and rolled off your bed to wake yourself up more.

You fell to the ground with an oof. You sat up and huffed. You then stood up and went over to your closet and got ready for school.

You squished all your books into your bag and then zipped it up and picked it up, putting it on your bag. You then ran downstairs and didn't eat breakfast.

"Bye!" You yelled and raced out the door.

You sighed and then began to walk towards school.

Once you arrived you headed to the main office and walked inside.

"Hello there! What's your name?" A brown haired woman with glasses asked you.

"Oh. I'm (y/n). I'm the new student here," you said and smiled.

"Welcome to Survey Corps high! I'll send for someone to come and show you around school before it starts. My name is Hange if you need anything," she said.

You just sat there for awhile waiting someone to take you around the school. You then saw a short girl with long blond hair and she has a friend with her who had brown hair pulled back in a ponytail.

"Hello there. You must be (y/n)! I'm Christa! This is Ymir. We're here to show you around," the girl known as Christa said and smiled.

You nodded and then all three of you began to walk around the school.

"And this is where the gym is. Most sports teams meet after school here," Christa said.

"Like basketball tryouts are this afternoon. Both boy and girls. We have different teams but we play on either side of the gym so everyone can watch. But I have to admit the boys always win since Bertholdt is the team Captain. That guy is so freaking tall," Ymir said and chuckled.

"I wanna tryout for Basketball. I didn't know Bertholdt was the basketball captain," you said surprised.

"Well he is. Wait, how do you know him," Ymir asked.

"We're neighbors. My other neighbors are Annie and Reiner, who I've heard is the football captain," you replied.

"Wow. You have a great memory," Christa complimented.

"Thanks," you said and smiled.

Ymir grumbled and then wrapped an arm around Christa and held her close. Christa giggled at this and you chuckled.

A bell then went off signally that school was starting.

"What's your home room," Christa asked.

"Um....science with Hange," you said.

"Oh. I have that. I'll take you there," Ymir said and then hugged Christa tightly. "I miss you already!"

"You'll be okay without me for two classes now go," Christa said.

Ymir gave an exasperated sigh and then grabbed your arm and dragged you off to class.
