December. Winter. That time of the year where your body would freeze to practically solid ice.
And that's exactly how Ravi felt. Teeth chattering and shivering quite violent. Curse his mind for forgetting his scarf and a thicker coat. His nose was red and his breath came in small puffs of white clouds.
He was heading to the store to buy groceries since their supply was running low. In his hurry, he had forgotten his scarf and coat.
"Aish, so cold.." Ravi grumbled, rubbing his palms together to create heat.
"Wonshik?..." A soft voice called out and Ravi looked up to see his boyfriend. Leo.
"What are you doing here?" Ravi asked, walking beside Leo.
"I was taking a walk." He replied.
Leo noticed how pale and cold Ravi's skin was and how red his nose was. He didn't miss the way Ravi was shivering.
Without a word, he grabbed Ravi's hands, momentarily flinching at how cold they were, and put them in his pockets. Pulling Ravi closer, he unzipped his coat and wrapped the jacket around the younger, the coat still on him.
Ravi settled his head on Leo's chest and nuzzled into the warmth. He loved it when Leo did this. Those small actions that warmed his heart.
"You're so cold.." Leo worried, his limbs wrapping around Ravi's waist.
He pressed his lips to Ravi's hair then his forehead then his nose and then his cheeks and finally leaning in to press a kiss to Ravi's slightly blue lips.
Ravi leaned into the touch, his eyes fluttering shut.
They broke off and Leo pulled the scarf off his own neck and wrapped it around Ravi's bare neck.
He looked down and smiled, a blush rising in his cheeks.
"Pink? Really?..." He smirked, chuckling softly.
"What? It's cute. Especially on you.." He smiled, pecking Ravi's lips again.
"Thank you." Ravi said, breathing in Leo's scent that lingered on the scarf.
"Now you're all warm.." Leo said, quite happy with himself.
"I'm always warm when I'm with you..." Ravi replied, linking his hand with Leo's.
