Taekwoon woke up to quiet giggling and blinked sleepily, lips parting in a small yawn. He stared up at the white colored ceiling and listened to the little giggles and squeals as Wonshik's children played.

He sat up and stretched his arms, wincing slightly as his joints cracked in protest, loosening them from their stiff posture. He set his feet on the floor and slipped on the pair of house slippers Wonshik had left for him beside the bed. They were thankfully his size and Taekwoon stood up and yawned before making his way to the living room.

He wasn't even able to take three steps into the living room when a small figure ran past him and narrowly missed colliding onto Taekwoon's leg, Taekwoon dodging the kid to prevent any mishaps.

Another blur ran past him, chasing the first who was now squealing loudly. Taekwoon couldn't help the fond smile on his lips as he glanced at the children playing together.

A babble bought Taekwoon back to reality and Taekwoon looked up to see a child about two years old looking curiously at him with wide eyes, thumb in his mouth as he stared at the latter.

"Uwaa~...." The child grinned with a gummy smile on their lips, making grabby hands at Taekwoon.

Taekwoon was a little hesitant but when he saw the pout threatening to appear on the toddler's lips, he scooped the child into his arms, cradling him carefully.

The child giggled happily, gently tugging Taekwoon's hair in curiosity while a smile was on his pouty lips.

"Pweety...." The child murmured and Taekwoon felt his cheeks go pink color. He was always shy to receive compliments from anyone else.

"Red..." The toddler murmured again, poking Taekwoon's now flushed cheeks with his tiny finger, eyes wide.

Taekwoon was about to set the child back down on the floor when little fists thumped on his leg. Taekwoon looked down to see a older child clinging onto his pant leg, tears bubbling in his eyes and a pout on his lips.

"Le' go of Hyogi! No tak' Hyogi!" The child whined, pulling at Taekwoon's leg with all his strength which wasn't even enough to move the adult one centimeter.

Taekwoon glanced at the child, confused before realizing what the kid meant. He was probably holding the youngest in the family while the one crying was the second youngest. By the way he was crying, the kid must've thought that Taekwoon was a stranger and that he was kidnapping this 'Hyogi'.

"No, no.. I'm not taking him away. I'm a friend..." Taekwoon denied, settling the toddler down next to the other child and holding his palms up in surrender to show he meant no harm.

He watched as the child clung onto the youngest, checking him to make sure there were no wounds. Taekwoon actually admired how protective he was over his brother.

Once no wounds were spotted, the child glanced up warily at Taekwoon who smiled shyly in assurance. He didn't want them to be scared of him. He loved children and the thought of them being scared of him made his heart hurt.

"Sowwy...." The child murmured, toeing the floor sheepishly, head casted down.

Taekwoon smiled fondly and nodded.
"It's okay, buddy..." He said, ruffling the kid's hair.

The child grinned toothily, dimples flashing, as the father from last night appeared. Taekwoon felt his cheeks tint pink as he recalled that it was this man who called him Angel.

Also, he was undeniably good looking. With a lean body, packed with muscle but not making him look bulky. He was tall and majestic looking. His eyes were sharp and fox like, features a perfect balance of soft and sharp. His brown tinted hair fell across his face messily.
