I asked a stranger how to get there and he said we had to walk 39 minutes in the left direction. I thanked him and got a call from Emma.

Val? Where are you? Asher came back 30 minutes ago.
We're in El Alto. Parker the idiot lead the wrong way. And it says it'll take 39 minutes to walk back.
39 minutes? Val it will be dark by then.
Do you have a faster way?
Mr. Rooney? Call him.
Yeah. Hold on.
"Pucker call your dad." I say.
"Stop with Pucker!" He whines as he calls his dad. They go on a conversation and Parker says that he'll be here in half an hour.
Half an hour
Half an hour? Ok. Im going to go other wise Mr. Tyrone is going to expell me.
Haha. Ok bye.
We walked to a nearby park and sat down. It started to rain.
"Great. Exactly what we need." I muttered loud enough for him to hear.
"Sorry." He said. Parker gave me his sweater. Real cliché dude. Real cliché. It rained harder and harder and the time moved by so slow.
"This is all your fault." I say.
"Sorry again. Besides you can't stay mad forever." He says.
"Even the universe is mad at you." I say looking at the sky.

Parker's POV:
I got a call from Asher.

My dad is picking us up.

Emma scared him and you could hear her laughing in the background.

Emma laughed and ran out. Asher hung up.

Me and Val looked at each other and burst out laughing.
"I dont think Asher will kill Emma" Val says smiling.
"Yeah. Emmas going to kill Asher." I replied. We talked and laughed and waited for my dad. It was 9: 30 now and the sky darkened. Val was texting Emma. She was watching a video. Val burst out laughing.
"What?" I say looking over her shoulder.
"Emma recorded the prank." She said still laughing. She played it again. He literally fell over and screamed so loudly. I smiled at it. Val lookes up at me. Me and Val stared at each other for what seemed like forever. We slowly started to lean in...
