Gwen's POV :

I woke up to the smell of coffee. My eyes were surrounded by tears that dried there the night before. I remember moving out to the couch and falling asleep. I didn't see Jake next to me, anymore. I sat up, almost worrying. But then, he spotted me.

"Hey." He smiled softly, handing me a cup of coffee. "Once the coffee smell hits the back of the bus, everyone else will be up. We should put the couch back together."

Sure enough, right as we got everything back into place, a groggy looking CC shuffled into the kitchen. He streatch his arms in the air while yawning, causing his shirt to raise a little and exposing his stomach.

"Harlot." Ashley pushed past CC and grabbed some coffee.

"Don't hate me just because I'm hotter." CC said, jokingly.

"Awh, look. The lovers are already fighting." Andy walked in, rubbing his eyes. He looked in my direction. "Someone's an early riser." He laughed. In all the time they had known me, I've adored sleeping in.

I just shrugged and sipped my coffee. Jake made it exactly how I liked it. Sweetened with stevia and a little cream mixed in. It made me feel warm and comfortable. "What's the plan for today?" I asked. I was excited, again. I felt a lot better than I did last night. I was more ashamed, than anything. I made Jake take care of me. I shut down. I fucked up....

"By the looks of things, we're almost to Houston. We don't have sound Check until 7, SO. Once we get there, you can do whatever. Just be on time." Andy was always on top of things.

"What are you guys up to, before the show, then??" I had no idea what to do with myself in Houston!!

"Ashley, Jinxx, and I are going to get some food. We're sick of cooking for ourselves." Andy had proven on more than one occasion that his cooking ability consisted of boiling water.

"It's only been one night," I laughed. Poor guy... "What about you?" I turned to CC. He had become the brother I never had, over the past few months.

"I don't have plans. I don't think Jake does, either. Have you ever been to Houston before?" He directed his question at me. I shook my head. "Perfect. We'll give you the grand tour of what we found last time we were here." He beamed, proud to be my tour guide. Jake laughed. I hoped he was exited to spend the day with me.

After breakfast, I got ready for a day on the town. I put on ripped black skinny jeans and a form fitting, long sleeved, black shirt. I brushed through my long wavy hair, and threw on some eyeliner. I fit right in with these guys.

The rest of the day was spent romping around an unfamiliar city with some people who've managed to become the only friends I've got or ever really had. I never thought it would happen. But it has. And as Jake showed me around and showed me what he found interesting, where he saw beauty, and what he liked about this place, I realised something...

I was falling for Jake Pitts.

Jake's POV :

We rushed to sound check, with a few minutes to spare. Running around Houston with CC and Gwen had been so much fun. We burst through the venue's side door, laughing and yelling. We were all excited.

After sound check, we went back to the bus to get ready. Gwen got ready on our bus, for the most part, seeing as that's where all of her stuff was. She slipped into her performance outfit in the bathroom so she could have some privacy. The rest of us changed literally everywhere else.

It only took her a few minutes, but by the time she walked out, I could hardly believe my eyes. This girl was already a 10. But she somehow got even more attarctive. I wasn't the only one who noticed. I could practically hear Ashley get hard.

"You look amazing." I stared, dumbfounded in her direction. She was wearing a dark red, skin tight dress that stopped halfwafy down her thighs. It laced from the bottome to the top on both sides. Her hair was a controlled mess. She recently changed the purple in her hair to red. It worked so well with this. She had on black boots that went up to her knees with crazy buckles and lacing. Her eyeliner was heavy, and her skin was pale. I noticed she didn't have sleeves. I followed her arm down to her wrist. There were crazy leather bracelets hanging there so casuallly, you never would have guessed what they were hiding. She had a septum ring. I never noticed it before. "Seriously." I reinstated the compliment I had given her.

She blushed. "Thanks. I have to go meet up with Psyched. But I'll catch you later." Her hand brushed mine as she walked past. It sent jolts of electricity up my arm. What was happening to me?
