Why Do You Stay? - RM

Your boyfriend, Namjoon walks in the room and sees you lying in bed facing away from him.

"Hey, babe. I'm home." He says as he lies down beside you. You stay quiet and make sure not to move.

"Are you sleeping?" He asks quietly while leaning over to see your face. You open your eyes and look at him. He notices you've been crying.

"Baby, what's wrong?" He wipes the new tears that started falling onto your cheeks after you turn around to face him.

"Why are you still with me?" You ask just before you cry even more.

"What? I love you, you know that. I would never leave you. Why would you ask me that?" He's rubbing your arm up and down in attempt to calm you down.

"Because everyone else leaves me. Why do you stay?" You sit up and he mimics you.

"Because I love you." He holds your hands in his and rubs circles on the backs of your hand.

"But I'm so fucking annoying. No one can deal with my bullshit and eventually they just leave. How the hell did I manage to keep you for this long?" You question, thinking about all the times you annoyed him.

"I don't know what to say about those people but I love you and I will say it repeatedly until I stop breathing. I don't think you're annoying at all like yeah maybe you have your moments but every human is like that." He explains while brushing your hair behind your ear. You hug him tightly and love the way he embraces you, making you feel like he'll never let go.

"I love you, Joon." You say while still in his arms. He massages the back of your head before kissing the top of it.

"I know, baby. Whoever leaves you, obviously doesn't deserve to have you in their life. You're a wonderful person and only good people know that." He states but this only gives you more questions.

"What if you're the only person made to deal with my bullshit?" You ask after pulling away from he hug.

"That's a bad thing?" He tilts his head and raises an eyebrow.

"Well, no but... I need friends Namjoon. What if we get into an argument? Who am I supposed to talk to about it?"

"Baby, we talk to each other. That's how healthy relationships are." He chuckles, causing you to smile.

"I guess if I'd ever have to choose one person to stay with me forever it would most definitely be you. Thank you for not leaving me." You kiss him softly.

"Hey, you could easily leave me. I have a lot of flaws that drove people alway but you still stay." He says as he holds your chin up and pecks your lips.

"Flaws? Babe, you're perfect. What the hell are you talking about?"

"And that is why I don't care about keeping friends. As long as I keep you, my life is complete." He says, giving you another kiss.

"Damn Namjoon. You're making me look like a bad girlfriend."

"You don't have to be a perfect girlfriend, you just have to love me." He smiles.

"Namjoon!" You push him so that he falls back and jump on top of him.

"What?!" He says, confused at your actions.

"I love you so much!" You grab his face in your hands, squish his cheeks and kiss him.
