On Monday morning, Millie woke up excited, for once, to go to school. She hasn't seen Sadie, or him, or any of her friends for that matter, since the party on Friday.

Millie brushes her teeth and fixed her hair as much as she could, and threw on her light wash jeans, a black hoodie and her white converse.

Millie thought about doing her makeup, but decided  her usual mascara and chap stick would do. Who am I trying to impress anyway?

A possible answer to her own question popped into her head, but no, she wasn't going to get all prettied up for Finn, he either likes her as she is, or it's his loss.

Millie grabs a banana from her kitchen and walks over to Noah's house, he's about five houses down from hers. She sees the familiar light grey house with yellow flowers in the yard, and walks up onto his porch.

Before she even knocks on the door, Sadie bursts out of the door screaming, "TELL ME EVERYTHING I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU MADE ME WAIT!"

Noah follows Sadie out the door, laughing loudly.

"Come on Noah! Don't you want to know too!?" Sadie says, her red hair flying behind her as she jogs to Millie.

"Finn already told me."

Sadie's eyes widen to the size of the moon, "YOU KNEW TOO NOAH?JESUS!"

Millie laughs, "Come on, I'll tell you in the car."

On the way to school, Noah drove and Millie told Sadie everything, in between eating her banana of course. She even included the park with Romeo.

"Woah, woah, WOAH! So you have two hot guys falling for you?" Sadie asked excitedly.

"Uh, I wouldn't say either of them are falling for me, Sadie."

Sadie rolls her eyes, "Romeo complemented you, and-"

"Friends can give each other compliments Sadie! You need to calm down."

Noah butts in, "But have you seen the way Finn looks at you Millie? He's obviously into you, at least a little."

Millie shakes her head and hides her blushing cheeks with her hands.

"YOU'RE BLUSHING!" Sadie screams.

"Shut up Sadie! We're pulling into the school parking lot."

Sadie winks at Millie and unbuckles her seatbelt. Once the three friends get out of the car, they met up with the rest of the gang in the front lawn.

"Noah, mah duuuude," Gaten says, earning a laugh from Millie.

"Hey guys," Sadie says sweetly.

Caleb shuffles his feet awkwardly,"H-hi, Sadie."

Sadie blushes. Millie notices this, and she gives her the look, that is telling Sadie something along the lines of GIRL GO GET HIM. Sadie shakes her head at Millie, but Millie nods, giving her another look. Sadie whispers to Millie, "I'll tell you later, just stop being creepy."

Millie nods her head and looks around for Finn. She's spots him by the benches, and is about to call his name, but Romeo beats her to it.

"WOLFHARD, OVER HERE!"

Finn whips around and notices his friends, and begins to jog towards them.

He ruffles his darks curls, and smiles, "Hey Millie."

"Hi Finn."

Sadie raises her eyebrows, and Millie nudges her in the ribs with her elbow, as if to say don't embarrass me.

"Finn, did you study for the vocab quiz?" Gaten asks in a near sarcastic tone, already knowing the answer.

"Ah, w-what? No, definitely did not."

Noah and Caleb roll their eyes. Caleb says, "Come on Finn, I know you're trying to keep up your 'bad boy act' or whatever, but it's cool to be smart, okay?"

Millie grins, "What's this, the Finn Wolfhard studied for his test?"

"Oh shaddup," Finn pops the collar of his jean jacket and Sadie and Millie laugh.

"No, no it's cool. Smart guys are cute- I mean-"

"Did you, Millie Bobby Brown just call me, the Finn Wolfhard, cute?"

"Uh, noooo?" Millie tries to get away with it.

Noah, Caleb, Romeo and Gaten sit and stare in utter confusion while Sadie screams silently, bouncing on her feet slightly.

The bell rings that signals first period, thank the lord, Millie thinks.

Dammit, Finn thinks to himself, I almost had her there.

"See you at lunch, everyone," Romeo waves goodbye.

"See ya" the rest of the friends say in unison, all except Millie, who is to busy blushing like a tomato and rushing away from everyone to speak.

Gaten whispers to Sadie, "Is it okay for me to say that I ship it?"

"Yeah, I ship it too," Noah butts in, still whispering. Sadie smiles widely and nods. But Romeo kept walking to class, not saying a word.
