I've been re-watching the vampire diaries and I just realized that I killed Kol and forgot to mention the cure and raising Silas, so instead of re-writing everything I've decided to just make it up.
Kol was warning everyone about what'll happen when Silas is raised, the Mystic falls gang already knows about the cure but they haven't made a huge attempt to find it. Silas will rise (he'll be in Stefan's form), they'll go on the big adventure to find the cure and everything after that.
Again I'm very sorry for screwing up the storyline, I just got excited and wanted to get to the point. I'll try making it so that it makes sense. So yeah, hopefully it won't throw you to far off, I hope you are enjoying the story so far!
