Chapter 1

MEKAYLA'S P.O.V

Hi it's mekayla Espinosa twin sister of Matthew Espinosa! We're really close but he's extremely over protective over me. I guess I can see why, he doesn't want me to get hurt but sometimes it's annoying! I haven't even met the other magcon boys because Matt won't let me near them.

Oh! I almost forgot! I kinda have bad anxiety... it started when I was 8, it was caused by my parents death. they were in a really bad car accident caused by a drunk driver. no one wanted to take us except our grandparents on our moms side. a few years later my grandpa was diagnosed with cancer. he didn't make it which made my anxiety worse and to top it off my grandma was so depressed because the love of her life died she committed suicide. By this time me and Matt were 16 years old so we both got jobs, moved into a house together and started school online. and here we are now.

I wake up to my phone ringing. I grab it and it's an unknown number but I answer anyway.

~phone call~

Mekayla- hello?
Unknown- hello! is this Mekayla?
Mekayla- yes? who is this?
Unknown- I'm Bart, the creator of magcon and I was wondering if you wanted to come to the next magcon tour with me and to boys?
Mekayla- I would love to but Matt won't let me
Bart- I'll handle him
Mekayla- thanks Bart!
Bart- no problem talk to you soon
Mekayla- ok bye
Bart- Bye

~end of convo~

I get up and unplug my phone from the charger. I slowly make my way to my closet I picked out an outfit for today and went into the bathroom. I undressed and hopped in the shower, washed up, and hopped out. I dry off, blow dry and straighten my hair and dress in dark blue high waisted shorts, a neon orange ruffled tanktop, orange vans and a dark blue snapback. I grab my penny board and phone. I make my way down the stairs and stop at the bottom step surprised to see my brother sitting on the couch. it's very rare to see him up before 12pm. I walked to the living room and sat down beside him. "why are you up so early?" I ask. "Bart called, he said he wanted you to come with us on our next tour... I.... I told him you could go" he said "thank you matt" I said hugging him. when I pulled back he looked nervous but why? I don't know. "wanna go to starbucks?" I ask and he nods "ok get your board we're ridding there" he runs upstairs and is back down within minutes and with that we were off to Starbucks...
