Ash's pov:

I was sitting in the lunch room alone at my table, waiting for Asha, Ashton and Ally to get here, Ashton to dummy got in a fight with a football player and Asha and Ally took him to the nurse.

I decided to wait here to reserve the table when a hand slammed on the table in front of me, the whole room went silent at the loud noise that caused.

I looked up to see Ben, the guy Ashton hit, he had a reason.... he was trying to force himself on a girl.

"seems like all your family members are assholes freak!" he yelled at me, I sighed and pushed him away as I stood up.

"you know what? maybe we are assholes but you are worst then us. you tried raping a girl on school ground, even if it was outside, it's still wrong! don't you think any sane person would have stopped you?!" I was slightly pissed and it surprised most because I may be back to talking after the kidnapping accident but I didn't yell nor talked to loudly but I was angry.

he looked pissed off and jumped at me, holding me in a chock hold, I tried to pull him of but it didn't seem to help so I kicked and punched, most kids backing away in fear.

I was unable to breath and fear filled me as I see the person that hates me the most, Jefferson, running over with his fist raised, I close my eyes and we fall backwards........... but it was not me that got hit in the face but Ben...?

"BEN!!! are you out of your mind?!" a few guys pull him off me as I cough, confused about a lot of things, why did Ben try to kill me? why did Jefferson of all people be the first to help me? why?

"you're alright?" more confusion filled me as Lea, the second person that hated me, offered me her hand to help me up as I heard Jefferson yell at Ben that they called the police and this was the last time.... last time for what?

"I promise I will not do anything, just take my hand" she sighed and kind of forcefully took my hand to pull me up.

"why?" was the first and only thing that left my mouth as I started coughing.

"look we may have our differences but what went on this year made us and I think I can say everyone else, reconsider stuff.... plus, no one would let someone be chocked to death or simply hurt severely if they have a heart" I jumped when I heard Jefferson's voice behind me.

I looked at them shocked fore I chuckled and ended up laughing making them confused.

"this is all staged.... do you really think I would believe YOU of all people? who do you even think you are?! you may be the queen and king of this school but I will not be fooled, this is just to get my trust and use me all over.... like back then huh?! 'best friend'" that last part was directed at solely towards Lea and she knows why.... she better....

"do you really think I would hit Ben if that was the case?! god you are stupid!" Jefferson yelled while Lea stayed quiet.... yeah feel guilt bitch.... you played with my trust and friendship so now you suffer.

I stayed quiet.... its true Ben would not have been hurt this way. I looked behind my back, he was held to the ground by three guys with a bloody nose and a black eye, still struggling, trying to get away from them.

"you see? even if never again but trust us this time" Lea said.

alright but like you said.... never again» turned away and walked off as two police officer came in, wow they really called the caps on him.

I walked passed and ignored anyone that tried to talk to me, even my cousins, they could tell something was up and I wanted to be alone, the only indication I gave was 'talk to the jerks' which meant Lea and Jefferson.
