(just so you guys know this chapter and the next will feature kidnapping, abuse, torture and will mention rape so read at you own risk.... oh and I do tend to get expressive with torture and such so be prepared.... or I may entirely skip it and just mention it)

Anna's pov:

let's say Ash is a tough nut to crack.

even if she said I had one more chance she acts like she never said that.

I sighed, sitting on my bed and trying to read a book but my brain wouldn't let me.

"you okay?"

"I'm okay Jake" I told him, I was thinking of a way to get Ash to open up more.

"Jake come on" I took his hand and lead him down, Asha and Ashton were watching TV in the position I once found Ashton and Ash.

"yay movie!" Jake ran over and jumped on them, making them laugh, I'm happy he has made some friends, even if not his age, he never really talked to people back then.... to shy because of my ex.....

"can I watch? please please pleeeeeeeease!"

"could I leave Jake with you then?"

"of course miss" I nodded at Ashton gratefully as I walked out, I needed some fresh air.

I found Ashlin walking around outside and talking to a few pack members, I honestly don't regret and would never regret joining, I may be half hunter half wolf but I got more from my mother's hunter side so I have no inner wolf nor can I shift, but I have the healing, speed and strength so that's alright but I do wonder what it would be like to have an inner wolf, like someone always with you.

Ashlin spotted me and walked over after saying goodbye to the other wolves and other races of creatures.... you wouldn't believe me if I said I once saw a centaur would you?

"hello Anna" she greeted me.

"hi Ashlin, I wanted to talk to Ash about something, do you know where she could be?" I asked but she didn't seem to happy which honestly scared me a little.

"hi and walk straight through the forest until you see a clearing, she should be around there" Ashlin said, pointing in a direction.

I nodded and followed the simple directions.

I raised my eyebrow as I came up on a graveyard, slowly walking over and reading the graves with the engraving of the names and date of birth and death, a lot of the dead died on the same day.

I somewhat felt sad to see Ash here, standing in front of two grave, one hand in her pants pocket and the other twirling two little wild flowers in between her fingers with her eyes closed, on the other hand I wasn't too happy about the empty beer bottle in her hoodie's pocket.
