(maybe what will happen in this chapter is so obvious that you can already smell it before I even started writing it but I will not change my plans as you all seam to like my way of writing so yeah)
Ash's pov:
I tried to convince Asha for the three weeks before the party to let me of the hook but she literally pulled a gun on me once, plus Ally, Lea and even Jefferson were on Asha's side so goddess damn annoying.
I've been taking and bringing Jake home from school for a while now and that's what I was doing, running after him as he giggled.
"I'm going to catch you" I said, purposefully never reaching him.
"no!" he laughed and I caught him as he would have run off on the road, yeah no thanks, I don't want to have a car hit him, it was enough when I got hit and lost my memories for a while, I can't imagine what would happen to him.
"slow down buddy, we are near roads" I said, walking towards home with him under my arm as I didn't put him down.
"no fair!" he pouted.
"oh come on, I'll get you ice scream when it will be warm again alright?"
"..... pinkie promise"
"sure, pinky promise" he wrapped his pinky around mine before smile brightly and cheering.... I'm almost 100% sure he will forget about this in a day.
I opened our house's front door and then helped him take his coat off before he ran off with my phone to play angry birds.
"hello" I greeted Anna who was reading one of the books I got her on the couch.
"hi, I hope he wasn't much of a bother today" she said knowing the problems he could cause, he once knocked over an old lady, got chased by a dog, slipped on ice, ate way too much candy and much more.
"he almost ran out on the road this time" I say sighing with a frown.
"you okay?" Anna asked and I nodded.
"I don't want to go to that party but I had a literal gun to my head when I said now, something about 'needing to relax'" I did air quotes when I said needing to relax.
"it can't be all that bad"
"maybe but I do--" "you are finally here! let's go!" Asha ran down the stairs and yanked me after her and out of the house.
"wait my phone!"
"no need for it! it would only stress you" she shoved me in her car next the Lea and Jefferson, who I might add looked just as enthusiast as I was about all of this party thing, Ally sat in the front seat.
I sighed and laid my head against the window as Asha sped away, saying something we were already later and such but I cared not for such things.
I already hated the place, this friend of theirs was rich, first and obvious hating of mine, and second of all...... they freaking rented out a club and let anyone in!
"come on Ash drink something!" Asha said with a smile and handing me a beer, I took it but my face was not a happy one, the place stinks of sweat, smoke and alcohol, it's way too loud, there is a tone of unruly teens and adults.... all the worst things in a club.... I liked the one in our town because it was only a club for the night but a sort of moderate bar in the day where old friends got together for a beer and watching the new soccer match on TV.... plus, our town was not too big and much smaller than this one so it was never as crowded.
