"You've got to be kidding me," Lucy stared at the property in front of her as the paper umbrella almost dropped from the side of her shoulders.

She waved her hand, commanding the rusty and battered white gate to open but as it opened, it fell off its hinges and dropped to the ground with a loud clang. Sweat drops appeared on Lucy and Kyubey's face as they watched the gate break down.

"I'm going to have to fix these gates later, don't I?" Lucy said with a dismayed smile.

"Myuu," Kyubey nodded its head.

She walked over the gates and looked around the property. She was sure that in the past, this place was a beautiful paradise. The remains of a rose garden could be seen around the gates with thorns popping up here and there. A little fountain for birds was built on the side but now it was in shambles. Vines and moss grew on the mansion's walls, reaching up to the windows and even the roof itself. Through all the greenery, she could make out the definite victorian-styled architecture of the mansion, something that she liked.

"This place really is a wreck," Lucy said as she waved her finger, moving aside the vines that crawled upon the entrance doors.

She walked past the porch with its white columns and entered the house. She waved the air in front of her and coughed a bit. It was full of dust for as far as she could see. There was not a single piece of furniture and as far as she could tell, the floor beds needed repair. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were spacious and thought that living here wouldn't be so bad. Climbing up the stairs to the second floor, she confirmed her decision. There were three vacant bedrooms - including a master bedroom - and two large bathrooms equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub. She flipped the curtains and saw that the property also had a nice backyard.

"Puu, puu!" Kyubey began to cough.

"The dust is the main problem right now, isn't it?" Lucy covered her mouth and made her way back downstairs and into the open air.

"Myuu~!" Kyubey jumped down and embraced the freshness.

Lucy smiled. "What do you think about living here, Kyubey?"

"Myuu, myuu~," it nuzzled its head against her leg in content and agreement, though only if the dust was to be rid of.

"That should be an easy problem," Lucy said and closed her umbrella.

Spirits of Wind,
Who carry away the seeds of flowers
Who brings forth new life and,
Spirits of Water,
Who cleanses and purifies the abode
Who dwells in the spring of life,
I command thee
To blow and rinse away the dirt and soot
That brings itself upon thine home.

A golden magic circle appeared beneath her feet with five small adjacent ones circling it. The wind and water elements of the five circles shone up and rose up in grace, encircling Lucy with a playful laugh. Lucy reached out her hand and gently touched them before directing them to their purpose, which they gladly complied with.

They encircled the entire house and the two elements went into play. The wind spirits blew away the dust and vines that etched itself along the house and as they finished, the water spirits cleansed the house, bringing a rainbow overhead it. They returned back to Lucy's side and floated beside her and kissed her forehead before dismissing themselves.

"Thank you."

She looked at the newly remade house and beamed with joy. The wretched state that the house was in before was no longer there and in place of it was a beautifully architectured victorian mansion with gray roof tiles, white marble columns, and light pink-beige colored dolly varden walls. Now, all that was left to redo was the porch, the inner house, the garden, and the backyard. With a snap of a finger, Lucy redid the whole house. The floors and steps of the porch and inner rooms replanted and solidified itself as a nice light woody color painted over it. The walls repatched themselves as white paint coated itself over it.
