why the fuck is all the pOpular wattpad books set in high schools have that one captain of the football team who is either the female protagonist's enemy but in the end they fucking fall in love with him or he's their current boyfriend who would probably break their heart in the end. oh and theres a another concept if it could get any worse and that one is where the captain of the fooTball team used to be her best friend but then changed to bloody ignorant rude jock woW (i first typed 'joke' lol true)

sad girl meets most likely popular boy who (usually) misunderstands her at first but when her scars start to appear and he sees them in clear vision he connects with his inner knight in shining armor and basically saves her
(side note: like i get people are sad and shit but can we stop supporting the concept of damsel in distress meets her knight in shining armor who will save her in the end?? like can't both characters be sad, and meet each other, and help each other out when they're at their lowest like fuck that would be a beautiful relationship but nooo)

whitewashing! i understand how it may be uncomfortable to write about another's culture when it isn't ur own and the fear that u may get something inaccurately, but nevertheless, it's rlly nice to see representation and diversity in characters! ask ur friends who have the same nationality as ur oc(s) for advice and traditions they do, the food, etc. and if that possibility isn't possible then use google! the least amount of research will do and if in the end u do get something wrong, then someone out there will correct u on it and u'll just be more educated and things will be all swell and nice again! (of course, this doesn't apply to all situations. like for example don't add a person with color if ur writing about something that goes way back in a certain country where that isn't exactly accurate. u have to pay attention to historical facts too woops but in general, please do have some diversity.)

teenage girl meets bad boy who's mean and rude but once u find about his heartbreaking past it will justify all his terrible actions before and actually, he just has a heart of gold and he's such a poor misunderstood boy ! teenage girl also becomes a bitch for him in the end (yay)
