Poe's eyes widened. Yesterday, he clearly remembered, that he brought home a raccoon so that Karl could have a friend and he clearly remembered, that yesterday, this raccoon fell asleep on his couch....so why was there a girl now on the place, where the raccoon was?

Edgar just stood there completely shocked with his eyes wide opened. He just wanted to get some water after writing a long chapter, he wasn't ready for this.

His cheeks were colored with light pink as he was looking at you. Even though, he was rather shocked, he had to admit, that you were a rather cute girl. With your plump pinky lips, being slightly opened, cheeks covered with adorable blush, (h/c) hair, messy and falling on face a little - you looked truly irresistible.

Karl was sleeping beside you, nuzzling his face in your hands because he seemed to be enjoying your scent.

"If Karl is sleeping with her, then it's a good sign." Poe thought "Karl usually wouldn't sleep with someone, who has a bad aura."

Poe didn't resist and walked closer to you and brushed some strands of hair away from your face, blushing more, when suddenly, you shifted as your eyelids opened lazily, making the poor man turn into a tomato and fell backwards.

He simply couldn't handle the closeness to such a cute girl like you

"Morning....?" You half-said, half-asked because you were slightly confused "Ah! I remember you! You're the guy, who picked me up!"

"What are you talking about?" Poe asked, standing up "Yesterday, I picked up a small raccoon, who I thought Karl would like."

"Yeah, I know." You said, sitting up on the couch and rubbing your eyes "The raccoon was me. I'm sorry for the caused inconveniences."

"How can she say it so calmly??" Poe thought

"How can you be the raccoon??" He asked and you barely held back a chuckle at his shocked face, that looked fairly amusing

"You see, this is my ability: 'Another Me'." You explained to him "It allows me to transform into different objects and creatures. I was just practicing with it, but then you came and you were so interesting so that I decided to stay in the form of raccoon a little longer, but I ended up getting tired from using my ability too much and fell asleep."

Poe exhaled, obviously still being shocked and reached a hand back, searching for a chair, before sitting down

"How could such a beautiful girl like her get into such situation with me?" He was thinking "I'm so awkward with people in general and she is so wonderful...I don't even know what to say or how to handle thus situation. Only if I was like...Mark, for example. He would definitely know what to do."

"Please, please, please, don't ask me why I chose to stay with you." You were thinking at the same time "I can't just tell him, that I decided, that he was handsome...But he also seems to be cute and polite now. I need to turn into raccoons more."

"Hm, hm." You coughed, trying to lighten up the mood "I will leave now if you want, but can I at least know your name?"

"Oh it's Edgar Allan Poe!" He answered immediately, before adding shyly "And you can't stay for as long as you want if you tell me what your name is."

Smiling softly, you said:

"(Y/N). It's (L/N) (Y/N)."

Who knew, that love could start with such a thought like "I didn't know, that you were a raccoon"!!

Why do people romanticize abusive relationship????? It's disgusting

I was reading one book that was romanticizing such relationship and I actually commented like "why r u writing it? Abusive relationship is not romantic or anything like that. It's simply horrible and there are no such feelings as love or pleasure" and y'know what I get in return????? "I have a warning about triggering content so it's fine".

This is basically mocking people, who've gone through it by describing it like this.

I'm sorry, but there are some things, that can't be joked about.
