Someone’s Point of View
I was trying to make a call to my sister but she’s still not around. I saw a man walking straightly where I am standing and asked me something.
“ Excuse bro. If you don’t mind can you take as some pic with my girl?” and then he showed me a Dj camera. I think I get him.
“Sure no problem” I answered. He hand me the camera and walked straightly through a girl standing just near. The girl is pretty and cute. I did took the some pictures like what he asked. While I’m still taking shots. I played my eyes with the girl in the screen. She’s really beautiful yet a simple descent one. She looks so nice.
“ 1. .2 . .3 smile!”she smiled and she got me in her smile. She’s badly beautiful but she had this guy already and I think he’s her boyfriend. Bad shot for me.
After some shots I took, the guy walk through me and I immediately handed him back his camera.
“Here” I said. And then I heard him saying something. After a glimpse, just too fast, the girl took the guy’s hand and bring him in I dunno where. I still have the DJ cam with me that’s why I decided to go after them.
We got ourselves infront of a big fountain. Well, not that very big but its beautiful and it was surrounded by many doves around. I was just standing near them and I overheard they conversations.
“ Picture tayo?”the girl was smiling with the guy. Teka, is that a sort of Filipino language?are they Filipinos? It took seconds before the guy gave his answer.
“Su-sure. . O-oo ba” the guy replied. If I’m not mistaken, I think they’re Filipino people. Kaya pala the color of their skin is somehow different from a pure American. Like them I’m a Filipino. And yes, I know how to speak tagalong and understand it a bit. I’ve been in the Philippines last two years because my ate is living there for good.
“Click!Click!” I was not myself while taking those shots because my eyes are too busy looking with the girl’s face. She’s really different. She really have this weird wild impact on me and I think I like her.
“Here” I hand him the cam on the second time but the pretty girl grabbed it be her own. She’s childish and I love that way of her.
“Ooy! Ang cute natin dito oh!” She muttered while watching the screen.I don’t even know if I took those shots well. In fact, I’m no good in shooting stuffs. Maybe she’s just a type of a girl who deals with anything well and see’s no wrong, I think I like her. I stared at her and I think the guy notice it.
I leaned my eyes off on her as the guy grab his hand on me and gave me something and then he ran away. Looking at it and slowly forming an imaginary question mark above my head, it was a tip. A tip?
Then I bring back my senses as I heard my ate calling me, I saw her running towards my direction. Buti naman at nandito na rin siya. I was waiting for her for almost an hour.
“How are you? Are you with your friends now?” she asked.
“No. mag-isa lang ako dito ate.” I spoke it slangly.
“Don’t try to speak tagalong. I don’t like it its so slang.”
“I know, you don’t need to remind me.. I’m just trying, diba nga(slang parin) two weeks from now I’ll be staying in the Philippines for good? Kaya, chiguro matwotow din akoe dapat ng tegalog.” As I expected she laughed at me again.
OKAY! It’s a proof I’m ugly with it.
“Fine! Its clear now. .*sight* stop laughing at me”
“Ok then. Why don’t we have some fun? We’re here already and our meeting with mom is at still 7:30 pm, aight SUNshine?”
“ Yeah..I know.” Then I started walking.
“Im hanging”
“ Teka nga! Wait!” I heard her voice coming then I feel her in my back.
“Nakakapagod ka talagang bata ka! You always left me alone and just walk away You’re so bad bro SUNshine” here she is again. TEASING me again and again. She really loves playing with my name. Huminto ako tapows tinegnan kow sya ng mesama.
“Okay okay! HEHE. I’m just trying to irritate you. Sorry naman Sun!”
“That’s right. My name is Sun and not that sh&t SUNSHINE!” I hissed tapows may sinabi pa ako bago ko sya iniwan ulet.
