Kaitlynn & Ross

(Sorry for anyone with these names and their ages are a bit different they aren't all a year apart, one after the other)
You have been in the orphanage for a while now and you were getting very bored in it. You were waiting in your room because a family was coming to adopt today you were hoping that you would finally be getting adopted. You have been once or twice but it never worked out. You listen to some music and then you hear your name being called. You go down stairs and you are met by a pair of brown eyes and blonde hair.
"Hi" He said
"Hi" You reply not knowing what day
"Instead of staying there not speaking why don't you introduce yourself" Alyson said rudely
"I am Kaitlynn I'm 16yrs old. I love listening to music playing the guitar and exploring" You say
"We all love music too" the boy with blonde hair and brown eyes said making you smile
"That's a pretty smile" he said
"Uh thank you"you say
"Your welcome" he said sending you a smile
"Ross stop flirting with the girl that could possibly be our sister" you hear another boy with blonde hair and brown eyes say
"I was giving her a compliment" the boy now known as Ross said
"I could be your sister?" You ask shocked
"Yes it would be great to have a younger sister" a girl with blonde hair and brown eyes said. You looked closely to see they all had brown eyes but two of the boys and brown hair.
"Young lady haven't you ever been adopted?" A woman you figured was their mother
"I got sent back here" you say
"We won't send you back" Ross said
"Please can we adopt her?" Ross ask
"She doesn't know our names" one of the boys with brown hair said
"Oh right" Ross said blushing madly and you giggled the other blonde boy with brown eyes spoke
"I'm Riker, that's Rydel, Rocky, you know Ross and that is Ryland" Riker said
"Ryland is 19, Ross is 20, Rocky is 21, I'm 23 and Riker is 24" Rydel said
"Nice to meet you all" you say
"This is our mum Stormie and our dad Mark" Rocky said
"Nice to meet you" you say
They say the same to you and then they say something that makes you smile. Stormie tells Alyson that they want to adapt you and squeal in excitement. Alyson tells you to go and pack your bags and you run upstairs quickly and pack your bags. You run back downstairs and tell the other kids goodbye before leaving with your new family.
While Mark was driving you got to know everyone a lot more and also they got to know you. You found out you had a few things in common with each of them which made you smile and you had started to fall for Ross but since he was your brother now you couldn't be with him. You were glad to have a family but also slightly sad since you and Ross couldn't be together but you knew he wouldn't return your feelings since he is 20 and you are only 16.

When you arrived at your new home Rydel showed you to your room which was originally a guest room.
"You can decorate it however you like" Rydel said
"Thank you" You say She leaves you to unpack and settle in.

After a few hours you hear a knock on your door and you tell the person to come in. You see it's Ross and you both start talking. You thought to yourself that he was flirting with you but you weren't certain. You and Ross talk until dinner time and then both head downstairs.

Over dinner you were really enjoying being with the Lynches and you loved the fact that you had their last too. You felt part of an actual family which was something that you hadn't felt in a very long time. When dinner was over you went straight to bed after a long day and instantly fell asleep.

Over the next few days you were becoming more confident around them you all had even went to an amusement park. One of the days you were watching a movie with Ross and Rydel when you heard a knock on the door. Everyone else was in the kitchen but came when they heard the door. Stormie goes to answer it and within a few seconds you see someone you never thought you word
"This is Calum, Kaitlynn's dad" she said
"Yeah and?" Ryland ask
"And he wants to bring her home" Stormie said
"What?! No!" Ross yelled
"Ross I'm sorry but he has the right too" Stormie told him
"But we adopted her" Rydel said
"If someone's parent comes even after they are adopted it's legal, I'm under 18 legally I am under his care even if I am adopted I have to go back with him" you tell him sadly
"That isn't fair" Riker said
"How do we know he is her real dad" Rocky said
You see he took out a photo and you remember you use to have the same one. You told them it was him and went to pack your bags. You gave everyone a hug before leaving. When you get into your dads car a tear rolls down your face you were finally happy but that came to an end.
When you got to your dads house he instantly got angry at you and you were scared he told you that you had no right for a family like that you tried to object but that was the wrong thing to do when he hit you before he walked upstairs. You started crying to yourself knowing this will be the life you live until you find a way out of it.

You end up falling asleep on the sofa and the next morning you were woken up by him.
He started hurting you again and only finished when he knew you couldn't move then he left you struggled to get to the sofa but when you finally did you got your phone and called Ross he quickly picked up and you told him everything that happened he told you he was on his way but you told him no because he could come back any time. He said he'll call the police instead and they will be there as soon as possible you tell him ok and hang up the phone.

Within minutes the police are there helping you and asking you questions and you answer as best as possible. Soon Calum came back and he tired to run but the police caught him. They take you outside and you see Ross and the Lynches. Ross comes up to you hugging you easily since he knows you are hurt.
"I'm so glad you're ok" he said
"Yeah me too" you say
"I hate that we haven't been living in the same place. I miss you" Ross said
"It's only been a day" you say
"Which felt like a lifetime to me" he said
"Really?" You ask
"I can't live without Kaitlynn" he said
You were about to say something else before you could you felt his lips on yours. You kissed him back and it lasted it a few seconds he pulled you into another hug and you were just glad to be near him again.
