You and Ryland were having a day out together. You and Ryland have been best since you were little kids and you have always been inseparable. Every so often people would ask if you two are dating. Or how long have you two been dating. You and Ryland would always tell them you are just best friends. Although recently when someone asks if you and Ryland are dating you see him blush just ever so slightly but you never ask him about it.
You and Ryland were walking then he speaks
"So, Sarah what shall we do today" Ryland asks
"Anything is fine with me" You reply
"Well there is this place I would like to show you" Ryland said
"Cool, show me the way" You replied
Ryland had taken your hand and led you in the direction of where the place is.
You walk for a while and talk about anything that comes to mind. You both don't see how much time has past then you realise you are entering the woods and you stop walking. And let go of his hand
"Are you ok Sarah" Ryland asks
"Why are we near the woods" You ask nervously
"The place i want to show you is here" Ryland says you look hesitate
"Come on, trust me" Ryland says holding his hand out for you
"I trust you" you say and take his hand
You and him walk into the woods for a while then you see a lake just at the end of a pathway. You walk over to it and sit on a rock.
"What do you think" Ryland asks you
"It's beautiful" You reply
"This is my hiding place, I come here to think" Ryland says
"Why did you bring me here" You ask
"I need to tell you something" Ryland says
"Alright, what is it" you say
"Well it's something I have wanted to tell you for a while but I have been to shy to tell you because I didn't want it to ruin our friendship" Ryland says
"I like you Sarah, as in more than a friend, I always have" Ryland says
"I like you too Ryland, more than a friend" You replied
"Sarah will you be my girlfriend" Ryland asks you smile and kiss him which he returns. A few seconds later you both pull back
"I would love to be your girlfriend" You say and you both smile.
