**Andy's pov**
"How's class going, with you guys?" Lyla asked at the lunch table.
Zayne and Lydia were both mute, for once.
Lydia was the type, to open her mouth whenever she saw the opportunity, Zayne was kind of like that.
My brows furrowed, looking at my brother and friend.
"What's going on with you two?" I asked.
Zayne rolled his eyes.
"I'm getting detention, for making Lydia cry." He finally said.
My eyes grew wide.
"Detention? How the heck, do you get detention for making a girl cry? Oh, no offense Lydia." I looked to her.
Lydia shrugged.
Zayne frowned now.
"I don't make the rules, Andy. Mr.Hayes, was already ticked she came in late, so of course I took the fall. It was my fault." He said with a shrug.
Lydia flashed him a glare.
"You could of kept your mouth shut, instead of giving yourself a reputation." She scolded.
Zayne glared.
I looked at them, frowning deeply now.
"Whoa, can we back up a little? This is like, the first day of Jr.High, how the hell can you get detention and a reputation?" I demanded.
"Andy, language." A teacher hissed, walking by us.
Shooting the teacher a look, I rolled my eyes before glaring at my brother.
"Surely, you're going to go to the principal about this?" I asked.
Zayne sighed.
"Andy, its okay, seriously just let it go." He told me.
Lyla frowned softly.
"Um, maybe it's not a bad idea?" She suggested, looking to Zayne.
Lydia rolled her eyes.
"Just stop, if he want's to take the fall, let him." She said.
I glared.
"Don't be a jerk, Lydia." I hissed.
Lydia glared.
"If it were you and Lyla, and you made her cry, what would you do?" She demanded.
I looked at her, taken back from the question.
Why was she involving Lyla?
I frowned deeply.
"I'd apologize for hurting her, instead of not confronting the principal about something as stupid as fucking detention over something so damn stupid!"
"ANDY VEGA!" The teacher snapped.
"Bite me!" I yelled in full rage.
Everyone's eyes were wide now.
Including mine.
I just yelled at the teacher. There was no way, I was getting out of this one.
Mr.Todd glared, tapping on me to follow him.
The room remained quiet, as I followed after the teacher.
The cafeteria doors, shut after us.
I walked behind Mr.Todd, my arms crossed as I glared softly.
Lydia was perfectly okay, with Zayne getting in trouble.
Why the hell was she being a bitch?
I frowned, as we walked into the principals office.
Mr.Jefferson, looked up from his desk.
His light blue eyes, scanning both the teacher and me.
He looked at Mr.Todd.
"What seems to be the problem, Mr.Todd?" He asked.
The math teacher frowned, his eyes landing on me.
"Would you like to tell, the principal what went down, in the cafeteria and what you said to me?" He questioned.
Staring hard at the floor, I was in no mood to explain myself to these guys.
I looked at the principal.
"I got mad at my brother and friend, I let a few bad words slip and then told Mr.Todd to bite me." I told him.
I watched the principal, try his best not to smile at that.
Confused, Mr.Jefferson looked to Mr.Todd.
"Thank you, Mr.Todd, I'll take it from here." He told him.
Mr.Todd nodded, giving me one last scowl before leaving the room.
Mr.Jefferson, smiled softly.
"Andy, you do realize, its only the first day of Jr.High, yes?" He asked.
Crossing my arms, I nodded looking at him.
Mr.Jefferson looked at me.
"Telling a teacher, to bite you... even in a heated moment, is a big no no. What caused you to even, say that to Mr.Todd?" He asked me.
Frowning softly, I looked away.
"Zayne was saying, how he was perfectly okay, receiving detention for making Lydia cry." I said.
Mr.Jefferson arched a brow.
"Do you know why, he made her cry?" He questioned.
Shaking my head, he smiled softly.
"Then it should not have concerned you, if Zayne was okay with it, then you should have let it go. Instead of yelling at your teacher." He said.
"Yeah, but-"
"No, Andy. What you did was wrong, and you will receive a phone call home and detention." Mr.Jefferson told me.
My eyes darkened, scowling deeply.
"What about Zayne?" I demanded.
Mr.Jefferson blinked.
"What about him?" He asked.
Cool down, Andy.. this isn't the place to punch your principal.
"Are you going to take away his detention?" I asked.
Mr.Jefferson looked at me.
"Andy, your brother made a girl cry." He said.
I glared.
"She probably deserved it!" I hissed.
"Andy." The principal's warning voice, immediately silenced me.
Mr.Jefferson looked at me.
"I will lift his detention." He told me.
I looked at him.
"You will?" I asked.
Mr.Jefferson nodded, his arms crossed.
"I will, but you still have detention." He informed me.
I nodded.
**Zayne's pov**
"Wow.. I think he's mad." Lydia murmured.
Lyla frowned deeply.
"How can you sound like you don't care? Andy got in trouble." I hissed.
"Well, maybe if he learned to watch his mouth." I said now.
Lyla shot me a look.
"He was defending you." I argued.
Zayne looked to me.
"I told him to let it go, he decided not to, now he's dealing with the consequences." I told her.
Lyla removed herself from the table.
"Nice, Zayne, real nice." She hissed storming off.
Lydia glanced to me.
"Are you really not going to say anything?" She asked me.
Rolling my eyes, I looked to her.
"What is there to say, Lydia?" I asked.
She shrugged, then resumed eating her lunch in silence.
Way to start off the first day.
Walking out of the cafeteria, I frowned not seeing the trio anywhere.
Was Andy still in the principal office?
We still had twenty minutes, before our next period.
I had no idea, who I had my next class with.
Why was the first day, falling down hill so fast?
Why did I have to make, Lydia cry?
Why did Andy blow up?
Why did I feel like the bad guy?
Walking into the boys bathroom, I walked over to the sink, splashing some water on my face.
I was ready for the day to end, go home then sleep.
Oh wait, I still had detention.
Exiting the bathroom, I stopped when I spotted my brother walking out of the office.
"Andy!" I called to him.
The black haired kid, turned to me, which looked more like a scowl then anything.
He walked over to me, his arms crossed and his eyes dark.
What the heck happened in the office?
"Um.. hey, what class do you have next?" I asked.
Andy glared.
"Really? You don't want to know what went down?" He hissed.
Flinching, I frowned.
"I figured, you wouldn't want to talk about it." I said.
Andy frowned deeply.
"I got detention, and a call home but the bright news is, I got your detention lifted." He told me.
My eyes grew wide.
"Why would you go through that kind of trouble, for me?" I demanded.
Andy shrugged.
"I kept asking myself that, but then I came to a legit answer. You're my brother, and if I don't agree with something, I'll do whatever; to fix it." He said.
I frowned deeply.
"It didn't concern you." I said.
Andy shrugged looking at me.
"I don't remember asking, for your approval to be concerned. The moment, you said detention that involved Lydia. I became involved." I sad.
I rolled my eyes.
"Mom and dad, are gonna kill you when you get home." I told him, cracking a smirk.
Andy grinned.
"I can't wait to tell them, the bite me, part." He said.
"I can't believe you told Mr.Todd, to bite you." I laughed.
Smirking now, Andy shrugged.
"Hey man, if I'm heated, its best not to get your undies in a wad; over a few cuss words." He said.
I grinned.
"Well, I'll tell you one thing." I began.
Stopping, Andy turned to me with an arched brow.
"Oh yeah? Whats that?" He asked.
I looked at him.
"If mom and dad start yelling at you, I'll be right behind you, one hundred percent. After all, its my fault for this awful ass day." I said.
I grinned with a thumbs up.
"Sounds good." He agreed.
Hello, hello hi!
Chapter four is here, I know I said I was gonna update yesterday, but I didn't wanna push my luck with writers block.
I decided to make this chapter, the brothers points of view, I may do that with each chapter, give each character a turn with their pov.
I wasn't planning on letting, this chapter be all ehh.
So I needed some light humor.
But anyways you guys.
Chapter five will be up, whenever it can get up!
So until then.
