It was later that evening and I had stayed in my room watching movies trying to help me sleep, every time I closed my eyes I just saw my mom in that...in that bag. I was hoping the movies would take my mind off it, just long enough for me to sleep.

The door was jammed and i couldn't get out. I was trapped. The walls were clear like I was in a plastic box like I was some sort of animal. I looked everywhere trying to find a way out and I punched the walls to break them down, but I couldn't. I sat on the floor and rocked myself back and forth trying to comfort myself whilst humming a lullaby.
"You've disappointed me."
I turned round and the other side of the glass was my Mum. A frown upon her face as she looked at me.
"Mum." I stood up and ran to her but was blocked by the glass wall between us. I raised a hand to the glass and a tear ran down my cheek.
"I am not your mother. My daughter does not disappoint me. Look at you. Your a disgrace." She looked me up and down.
"No mum." More tears streamed down my face and I banged on the glass.
She took two steps back when blood started to stain her shirt where her heart was, then her arms started to ooze into blood that created a pool of red on the floor. Her legs started to become blood and she sank to the ground until her body was nothing but a liquid of red.

"Mum!" I screamed. I was banging on the floor trying to break the glass to get to her. "Mum come back! Please don't leave me! Please! Mum!" My cries grew louder and I started to kick my legs at the wall with all my might.
A weight was suddenly pushed down on my arms and legs and I couldn't break down the wall anymore. I screamed for my mum once more whilst cries escaped my lips.
"Clara!" A loud voice boomed over me and my eyes shot open. I was panting heavily and sweating. Shawn was straddling me, his hands holding my wrists either side of my head and his legs trapping mine underneath him. I couldn't hold it in and I just started to cry.
"Sshh." Shawn pulled me up and held me in his bare chest. "It was just a nightmare." His hand stroked my back up and down whilst I shook in his arms.
"She died." I cried into his chest and his hand moved to me head stroking my hair and he gently placed a kiss on my forehead.
"Sshh." He repeated again and he held me.
I felt like I was in Shawn's arms for hours when he finally lay me back down onto the bed.
"I'll go, but I'm just next door and I'll leave the door open. Ok?" Shawn said whilst placing the duvet over me.
"No." I whispered. Shawn looked at me to continue. "Can you stay?"
"Only if you want me to." He replied and I nodded. Shawn crawled over my body and he got in the other side as I felt the duvet raise and then come back down. His body felt so close to mine, yet so far away. I started to shake again underneath the covers, I don't know if it was from the cold or because I was still shook up.
"Are you cold?" Shawn's voice spoke behind me and I nodded with a little hum for a reply. In an instant I felt Shawn move his weight closer to me and his arm came over my waist and he pulled me back into his chest. It felt good.
"Your still staring." I whispered.
"Your still avoiding." He answered.
