Chapter 34

Shawn's arms wrapped around my waist making me feel safe and protected. His touch like a blanket of love and care that covered my body as his legs tangled between my own.
"Clara." He whispered.
"Mmm." My eyes were shut as I started to drift off into sleep.
"I love you."
"I love you too Shawn."

I giggled to myself as I pulled on my thigh high boots falling down on the couch in the process.
"What are you chuckling about?" Shawn emerged from the bedroom, his hair ruffled and shirtless. Not that I was complaining.
"You said I needed to shop." I smiled as he came in front of me and sat on the edge of coffee table. "You know your meant to put drinks on that. Not your fat ass." I winked at him as I zipped up my boot.
"You love me bum." He smirked.
"You do have an exceptionally good bottom Mendes." I said rolling my eyes as I laughed.
Shawn leant forward and connected our lips forcing me to lean back as he pushed me backwards, his hands on my shoulders squeezing slightly.
"Shawn." I mumbled against his lips.
His tongue took the opportunity of my open mouth to enter and deepen the kiss, he started to hover over me as he pushed me further down so I was now laying on the couch.
I quickly turned my head away so that it broke off the kiss.
"I wasn't done." Shawn pouted.
"Mmm well I need to shop since we're leaving in under 48 hours."
"Urgh fine." He grumbled getting off of me and then helping me up.
"You need anything?" I asked.
"Can you just get me some new trunks?" He said wrapping his arms around my waist.
"What colour?"
"Black." He pecked me lips.
I felt his right hand slip into my black pocket as he smirked at me.
"And a bikini for yourself." He whispered closing the proximity between us. "Not that you'll have it on long."
"Woah tiger." I laughed throwing my head back.
I connected our lips for a quick kiss before separating and walking to the door.
"Bye." I kissed his lips. "I love you." I kissed them again.
"Bye." Shawn kissed Me. "I love you too." He kissed me again.
I started to walk down the corridor to the elevator when Shawn shouted he loves me, causing me to turn around. I saw him holding up his phone and presuming he was filming I spun to walk backwards and blew a kiss before walking properly again.
Once in the elevator I looked at myself in the mirror, admiring my outfit and makeup for the day. My small leather satchel at my side, my hair straight and loose over my shoulders, blue jeans with my boots and a white bodysuit along with a denim jacket hanging over my shoulders.
I took out my phone and took a mirror selfie before posting it on my Snapchat story just before the elevator doors opened and I hopped into my car.
I plugged my phone into the aux and started listening to Michael Jackson to start my journey, his music always got me energised and ready for the day.
Soon enough I arrived at the mall and I parked in the shopping lot, turning off the engine I picked up my phone and saw I had multiple notifications.
On instagram Shawn had posted the video of my blowing him a kiss on his story and captioned it "I miss you already ❤️" I awed at his cuteness before messaging him a number of red hearts.
On snapchat, my friends had swiped up on my selfie and used emojis to compliment my look and then some fan account of Shawn's had posted his video and my selfie on Instagram.
Ready to start my day I got out my car and grabbed my satchel and walked into the mall. Straight away the smell of food hit you and pretzel stands and cotton candy were being carried by small children. I went and got some small bits first like toiletries and a wash bag seeing as I didn't have one. Next I went to the makeup store, stocking up on my all time favourites and supplying myself with anything I was running low on.
Then I went to a gym / swim shop shop for Shawn's trunks making sure I got a black pair that were his size, I paid on my card because they weren't that much and I eve got him a red pair in case he wanted to spice up his colour in his clothing.
Then I went to my all time favourite shop, Victoria's Secret. I could live there if they let me. I picked out a black bikini and then I tried on a red lingerie set and also a black one, they were two for one so I thought why not. Whilst I was in the changing room I got a text message from Shawn.
Shawn: show me what your buying.
Me: huh?
Shawn: show me what you are wearing before you buy it.
Me: how did you know? How did you know I was in a clothes shop?
Shawn: your in VS now show me.
Me: did you put my GPS on again?
Me: Shawn?!
Shawn: I have to know your safe, baby!!!
Me: well I'm safe.
Shawn: prove it.
I looked at myself in the mirror of the changing room, my clothe options hanging before me. I stepped into my bikini first and took a few selfies of different angles in the mirror and sent them to Shawn once I was satisfied with how I looked. Then I changed into my red set and sent him some before getting into the black set and sending him some more.
It didn't even take five seconds before Shawn had opened my messages and I saw the notification:
Shawn❤️ has screenshotted your photo!
I chuckled nervously to myself.
Shawn: come home now.
Me: but I'm not done.
Shawn: you can shop some more tomorrow.
Me: let me decide which ones I'm getting and then I'll come home.
Shawn: get them all.
Me: I don't have enough money for them, I will get the ones I don't buy next time.
Shawn: use the money I put in your pocket.
I checked my jean pocket and found Shawn's card in my pocket.
Me: are you serious? No!
Shawn: don't argue. Buy them, come home. Now.
I sighed to myself feeling guilty and changed into my normal clothes before buying the three outfits.
"Did you find everything you were looking for?" The woman at the till asked me.
"Yes thanks." I smiled swiping the contactless card over the card machine.
"Thank you for shopping with VS!"
"Thank you."
I messaged Shawn saying I was leaving and got in the car, plugging in my aux lead and heading home with Ed Sheeran playing through my Bluetooth.
Incoming call from Shawn❤️
"You just interrupted Galway girl." I answered his call.
"Hurry the fuck up woman."
"Take a chill bill babe." I laughed. "What's the rush anyway?"
"I need you right now."
"You need me?" I was confused. "Oh. Ohhhhh. You neeeeeeeed me." I extended the 'need'.
"Fuck yes I do." He said hastily.
"I think you should know your dating a post Literature student and Shakespeare once said 'those that stumble run fast'" I smirked through the call.
"I don't give a shit what Shakespeare said just get home now."
"Well your distracting me." I teased him.
"Well I'm going to hang up. Hurry up! But oh hunny." Shawn paused. "Drive safe."
The phone call ended and Galway Girl continued to play through my car and I laughed to myself as I neared the condo.
I was nervous but excited. But there was this one feeling that completely over shadowed the others with such a force I thought it would take over my whole body.
What feeling is that I hear you ask?
